I totally agree there its plenty of story to tell with the Elizabeth a character of one of the "three founding characters of the show" Steve Hardy. So I do not support the firing of Rebecca.

However I think they wrote her like crap and have been "for years" but then that's another story of why....Lucky and Shioban got the golden pen while fans of Elizabeth and Lucky who waited ten years got crapped on...Elizabeth is purposely being written annoying IMO. She was never like this and it is spoiled we will see her as we never have before I guess this is part of more of them destroying her character before she leaves this spring.

Nik is useless and St. Lucky is well stroked by Guza's pimp hand...I find them really trying hard to make SLUSH fly the writing is 'for them to work" which can be done with 'any' character IMO as a decades old soap watcher....story is everything if you want something to work ... at least write it to (that certainly helps it along). I just don't get the cries of attaching characters as legacy/core families when I see characters who have been attached being destroyed and not written for.

I don't get the writing for Brenda and many of her fans don't either since I didn't watch her original run I'm not that familiar with the character. As for Sam and Jason Frons' IT couple they being written to be liked it ain't hard for me to see the couples they are marketing to fly and they have gotten Frons' blessing.

In my fan fiction as an Elizabeth Webber fan I wish unfortunately it couldn't be this good for me but I do as a Rebecca Herbst fan from day 1 wish her to go elsewhere Frons said straight up in 2002 he did not see the appeal of Elizabeth Webber and she's had that big strike against her from jump. Rebecca will never catch a break on Fronaco Hospital...I'm surprised she lasted this long.

Lulu got the line of the day when she told Brenda with disgust she's so pathetically needy. Truer words were never spoken.

Knowing what we know about Rebecca, the writing for Liz supports it. Today she was a sanctimonious manipulator using their kid to meddle in Nicholas' relationship. Before Nik would have jumped through hoops to spend time with her and Aidan. He looked less than trilled when she suggested he tucked Aidan in and even acknowledged that she's using Aidan to meddle. I'm pretty sure they're going to ruin her before she leaves.

I had to agree with Brook when she said she found Elizabeth to be repulsive bc she is. Im glad Nikolas sees her for the needy manipulator that she is. She's so transparent

I also agree with you on the Lulu line. That was a good one

"You are so unbeleivably needy, I have better things to do right now than talk to you"

What amazes me about Brenda is that she's so passive aggressive she's almost patronizing. I get that she wants to make it right for Dante but the last thing Lulu wants to do is speak to her, let alone have a conversation with her. And even after she tells Brenda this, Brenda agrees with her but continues to tell her not to punish Dante since he was just trying to protect her, painting herself a martyr in the process. She was so exasperating in that conversation and Lulu had every right to be frustrated. If I was Lulu I would have snatched her bald. I cannot stand Brenda's neediness. Although it has toned down some but "Brenda and her men" have eaten the show and her need to be protected by all the erect penises in her godly presence has completely neutered her character. I don't remember her EVAH being this pathetic before since she's so damn fragile - yet not to fragile to cackle inappropriately.

I feel IR may be the next to go. His airtime has dwindled and he's been a non factor recently.

Him or Tyler who hasn't gotten very much other than triangles.

She's been written pretty awful for a # of years I don't expect for it to stop now

they are giving her the AJ treatment I havent seen her scenes yet in awhile because

I'm just doing clips I'll try to watch somewhere down the road but I think this is

what they are going for and have been for a very long time....they want her diminished

this is how GH does its vets always have.

GH is writing Liz & Nik so out of character lately. These two have known each other for years & have been friends, lovers, pretty much everything and yet they are writing them like two people who have minimal trust or love with each other. Both of them do not seem like their real selves, Nik is the most disappointing because he just lets Brook Lynn bash Liz all she wants in front of her face or behind her back. He barely knows Brook but has known Liz forever, just doesn't seem right to me at all. Nik has always had Liz's back until now all of a sudden. And Liz's actions lately are just self explanatory! Both of them have turned into little robot pod drones.

WTH is wrong with Lucky? Why is he siding with Dante instead of Lulu? He needs remove his lips out of Dante's ass and support Lulu! I think one of the most admirable things about Luke is his loyalty to the people he cares about whether they are right or wrong. Neither Lulu or Lucky seem to have inherited that trait.

The best & only good part about Brenda is the planning of her wedding. LOL I love the wedding planner & how annoyed Brenda is with her. If Brenda had some real coffee inside of that cup she was drinking out of the scenes would have been better. To me VMG most of the time these days just doesn't put much energy into her deliverance!

lol at Molly. This story isn't turning out to be what I was hoping..

I love Patrick's jealousy over Robin & Dr. Jackson. Lol at Lisa! I love whenever the camera cuts to her and she puts that satisfying grin on her face whenever her plan is working out.

I agree. It's oddly written.

Eh, who cares? Lulu got what she wanted. She was waiting for this. Looking for it. Hoping it would happen... and now it has. She got what she wanted so move the hell on and be asexual with someone else.

Brender planning her "wadding" is just useless filler. We all know this "wadding" isn't even going to happen so I don't even know why they're bothering.

You have to admit you had pretty high hopes based on her throwing a pencil across the room.

Give her a mustache to twirl, and BB's PHENOMENAL portrayal of this USELESS CARTOON VILLAIN will be complete.

    • I'm thinking he's much older than the age he's playing and botoxed the hell out if his face - that's why it doesn't move. Source: I saw him in a 2012 episode of CSI. Not only was he already in his 20s, but his face moved back then.
    • I didn’t even think of that OMG Tomas not even pretty enough to make taking his “acting” palpable. And his two potential love interests are played by these genuinely charismatic actresses

. I think Martin’s flying off the handle so much is intentional and plays into the secret. The family seems to know theres some rage issues there.
    • I see a pattern here.

    • I liked when Felicia was over the top and was more Felicia the writer than Felicia the mother figure. Personal taste as always. For me, Felicia was AW to me. She was one of the few constants on a show that was constantly changing.  RIP Denise Alexander. I always liked her on the show despite her storyline never reaching its full potential. The sad thing is I would watch that storyline in a second over so much of what happened on AW from 1986 onwards. Strangely, youtube recommended a AW episode to me last night that involved Mary comforting Scott about Dawn. I really do wish they had found a way to make those two characters work long term.

    • Yes, I like him too. He is a good actor, and I agree with your comments about his personality. I also want to add, I think that he comes across as realistic and IMO sane. Yeah, he's done some bad things, but he seems pretty in control for the most part and not the least bit crazy. I appreciate that type of behavior in someone who can behave like a villain. And I continue to buy that he really does love his daughters. Unlike Leslie who seems to only use and mistreat Eva, I have seen Bill soften when it comes to his daughters. And I do believe he would do what he felt he had to do to protect them. His love for his children, helps make him more layered as a character. I really enjoyed his scenes with Dani today. I enjoyed the show today. I thought that the scenes with Nicole being comforted by both her parents including them switching out to comfort her were sweet and cute. I particularly enjoyed her scenes with Vernon. I love her relationship with her parents. I also liked Tomas/Eva scenes. He genuinely seems to care about her, and I am interested in seeing how things will play out between them and him and Kat.
    • Dani really got on my nerves. Her own life is a total disaster, yet she interferes with everyone else's. What could she possibly say to Ted that will change anything? That will help anyone? And as you said, while she bashes Bill, she wants him back -- all the while knowing who he is and who he's been for years. None of these scenes are pushing me to appreciate Dani. -- OTOH, Bill got some very good shots in at Dani. He won that face-off. -- June is just a ball of cliches and stereotypes to this point. I hope this goes somewhere. -- Martin flies off the handle much too easily, but I did appreciate that he grew calm and subdued, and even sad, with Ted. -- I'm glad Tomas is pretty, because damn, that acting. -- I'm glad Derek looks so good in tight jeans, because damn, that acting. -- LMAO at Leslie gaining entrance to Nicole's house because Nicole wanted the front door ajar so Door Dash could leave her takeout.

    • No, we would really do it.  Those pix were so famous! In early May 1970 Susan introduced Doug Williams to Julie. Her intent was evil. But, it backfired on her. Doug & Julie fell in love. Everyone knows the rest of this story.
    • Doesn't matter if its off topic. No need to point it out. Things will get back on topic soon enough. They always do . . . And I do love the off topic photos from the Bill Bell era!  So thanks.
