The scene also includes Brooke Hamilton (Adrienne LaRussa), Ed Mallory (Bill Horton), Joseph Gallison (Neil Curtis) and a rare glimpse of Susan Oliver's version of Laura Horton. A must see. I don't what exactly Brooke was doing in hospital, but I can only guess it was either because of her suicide attempt or when she aborted David's baby. All that amazing soap material in vaults somewhere, never repeated, never utilized or monetized... Breaks my heart.
