Why can't these three be developed into main characters? Personally, I don't see the need to throw someone else in the mix unless it's just a platonic friendship.

I don't watch AMC now, just can't sit through it, but it will always special for introducing Angie and Jessie, a real black love story that didn't need to throw in a "main" character for a triangle. Of course they had white characters as friends, but the interlopers messing with their marriage, were black non "main" characters. Remember Eugene and Yvonne? So it has been done and it worked

I think with the OLTL characters, it needs to be thought out and well written. If they can shove those Fords in our faces, they can write a good story Vivan, etc.........

Vicki and Dorian's scenes were great yesterday. Tired of seeing Dorian hurt by David though (even if it wasn't his fault). The pool scenes for Sole, James, Langston etc were embarassingly ridiculous. I still can't believe the show seems to be headed to another pairing of Ford and Langston. She looks so stupid trying to make him jealous. I find the idea that she would go back to him very offensive, in fact, I won't be watching if that indeed is what they do. For a show tanking in the ratings, they should think about what people really want to watch. I doubt more porn between Ford and Langston is it.

To just have it be about the money would have been a bit stark even for Asa, much less Clint. Clint thinks more with his heart and Kim did make him feel good at one of his all time low points.

I guess I was supposed to feel sorry for David but I just kept thinking he'd brought most of this on himself. It doesn't help that Tuc Watkins isn't very good at playing emotional moments -- he used to be but he gave that up on the way to clown school.

Clint was fun and I'm glad that he just played the whole thing as entertainment instead of all types of pain and rage.

That was one of the better episodes I've seen of this show in a LOOOOOONG time. Poor Dorian. I felt so bad for her. I just hope she finds out about this soon and kicks Clint's ass for it. I find I enjoy both the character and JvD more when Clint is bad. He never plays it over the top yet some how comes across as pure evil if need be. I also liked the Marty/John and Starr/Langston stuff today as well and can't even remember the last time I thought that for these characters.

Kim/Clint was honestly (and sadly) my favorite story from the past few years. It was just something unexpected that just worked... it was fun and entertaining, and AS/Kim was a hoot. In the end, I really think they loved each other... even though in the beginning Kim was definitely using him for money, and Clint using her for revenge against Nora. I was genuinely upset that AS decided not to take the contract offer, because I feel like she would have been a great addition to the show.

I feel as though, for storyline purposes, they will make KZ/Echo Kim's mother.......... with the eventual and long-awaited (for me) return of Kimberly Andrews!
