Star was fine on the show. She wasn't even vicious in the boardroom, simply as a lawyer she had good reasoning skills to prevent Trump from firing her. She always worked hard anyway, so it way always a no brainer to keep her. Nene and Star were friends until Nene felt Star turned on her by saying she should be Project Manager. Nene, being an uneducated fool, assumed Star was manipulating the girls and things to make her look bad. In reality, Nene was the only castmate (I believe on either team) that hadn't made ANY money for her charity, so Star said it only made sense for Nene to be next. Considering the goal of the show, Star was right. After that Nene attacked Star and then quit like a baby once Trump switched her from Star's team. She wanted to continue treating Star like garbage and got mad, that's it. It was typical Nene.

Melbourne!

I know I repeat myself every week but I LOVE Gina. Can we steal her and bring her to Beverly Hills? I can see her and Lisa hitting it off. These women try their best to paint Gina as the villain, yet they end up looking horrible and she is just fabulous

At one point they were fighting amongst themselves and Gina whipped out her compact and started fixing her makeup, not giving a f--k about them

LMAO at her comparison between her dogs and Andrea and Lydia

Janet confronted Gina at the table and said the other girls were involved and Jackie was like "what do you mean involved?" The look on her face was priceless! Them girls put Janet up to confronting Gina and then tried to throw her under the bus. Its real rich how Andrea and Lydia were so offended that Gina talked about them behind their backs, yet they do that about her every week!

I love Chyka and how she seems to be the only fair one that has Gina's back and isn't falling into the high school antics

She is flat out hilarious and her talking head about looking like a stick with big tits had me ROFL

Cheap I don't know whether to love you or hate you. I LOVE you for that fabulous recap of the best HW series on air right now, but my HATE comes from my jealousy that you've seen it and I'm stuck waiting till I get off work to watch it!! :D Gina is EVERYTHING. I feel like she snatches more and more of my weave each week.

I hope it wet your appetite bc it was such a good episode! IA with the previous Andrea/Jody Claman comparisons. Andrea was trying TOO hard this episode. Unlike Jody though, there is nothing fun about her. As nasty as Jody was, I at least could laugh at her at times. Andrea is just bitter with nothing remotely interesting to like. She keeps trying to rile Gina up and it KILLS her that Gina doesn't give in to her bait. Its actually quite pathetic to watch

The difference between Jody and Andrea's tired ass is that I honestly did not realize she was a part of the cast until the ski vacation episode. She was as irrelevant as humanly possible and is only somewhat relevant because of the dragging she has received from Gina! She is easily my least favorite and the one I wouldn't invite back next season.

RH of Melbourne was so good. In fact, I'm going to watch the episode again right now.

Janet is a gossip, but she is straightforward with Gina and I think Gina gets Janet.

Chyka, she is wonderful, a totally decent person who strives to be really fair.

Andrea is such a bitter bitch.

Lydia is a puffy faced cow.

Jackie is a hilarious kook.

Gina is a fabulous diva. She is a force of nature.

The show is shot so beautifully, the music is near identical to that used in Vancouver and the arc is so perfect. And it's only 10 episodes, so we're going to have a fabulous run for the next 3 episodes. I think the seasons being too long is killing BH and the rest.

Was surprised at the vitriol and ridicule Kenya got on Twitter for how devastated she was about the dog. I get that some people don't understand the bond between people and animals, but I'm a big dog guy. Whatevs.

Nene needs to get over herself. She's acting like she's Dame Maggie Smith herself and can pick and choose projects without honing her craft. Plus, why hadn't we heard about this fashion line before? Shades of She by Sheree...

Velvet dying killed me because a year ago this month, my own dog passed away. So seeing this was a rehash of everything.

Nene got on my nerves tonight. She has too much hubris and not enough humility. And I don't believe that some of these sitcoms have offered her a million dollars and she turned it down. B*tch, top tier actors don't even get a million per season on top shows, and you think we're supposed to believe you did? Still got love for you (a little bit) but to the left. She was on some extra sh*t. If anyone was offering her any role, she should've taken it because she isn't that great at acting. Sorry....

The entire Williams family must be slow because Lauren not seeing an attachment on an email is sad. But hey, birds of a feather flock together, so Porsha and sister (Lauren) are meant for each other. Two bird-brain bi*ches. I wish Kandi would've fired her ass.

Mama Joyce ... This woman is just agitating. I felt for Todd, but a part of me wishes he would've cursed her o-u-t, OUT!

I can't deny it, I did laugh at the situation with Kenya. I'm not proud of that. I love animals. IMO, they were sort of semi playing it for laughs. I feel her on the dog if she didn't make up the story but it just all seemed so animated (read: extra).

Nene and her room of yes-people feeding her delusions of grandeur? Uhm, yeah ... no.

I'm writing a series of essays about the first time of a LGBT character in US soaps. I already have datas about Sharon Duvall in DAYS (1977) as first Bisex, Lynn Carson in AMC (1983) as first Lesbian, Hank Elliott on ATWT (1989) as first Gay (someone have or can find the episode in which Paul Ryan finds out about Hank and does not take it very well? I have seen Hank's coming out to Iva and when Hank gets a bullet to save Paul's life from the latter evil father and when he gets tested for HIV after finding out Charlie's diagnosis, but Soap Opera Digest recaps are too much concises...) and Billy Douglas on OLTL (1992) as first LGBT teen in both daytime and primetime TV (I have seen all the episodes on You Tube. BTW, what a great storyline, why it was ignored by the Emmys? Andrew Carpenter and Billy's father players are both really great in their roles! Oh, well, if OLTL was not nominated for Best Drama in 1994 with Marty's gang rape story which won four major awards and was spectacular, no surprise at all - sadly) and I have read something about Azure in The City (1996) as first Trans, but I'd like to see the episode where Bernado finds out and Azure confirms what is said in that newspaper to have something to quote. I like quoting, it gives the essays more depth. I already read the biweekly recaps from Soap Opera Digest on Tumblr and single episodes recaps on IMDB, but I'd like to have more to write about. And something more about critics and public opinions - I only knows that the storyline was rapidly axed because of bad writing and bad performance by Carlotta Chung, but I have nothing to quote.   PS Thank you @JAS0N47 for your incredible and rich site (and work on it). In particular for the Nielsen ratings on weekly basis lists since 1974 and for everything about Sharon Duval - specially for the script of the confession episode dated 23 May 1977! I'm not a DAYS viewers (I'm Italian, I live in Italy and on You Tube there is almost nothing if not short videos), but I've seen some clips of Marlena's first possession (Deidre Hall is terrific in it! Storyline is garbage, but it has its chilling moments and it is funny - I laugh everytime I remember Kristen say to Marlena "according to the book of demonology"! Was she an espert of demons or what!? ) and read on Soap Opera Central daily recaps about infamous Melaswen (brainwashed Marlena has a particular sense of humor - killing ex alcoholic Maggie with a bottle of wine and Alice with her donuts...), so I know something about the soap. Little, but better than nothing.

    • I'm curious the motivation for keeping Bela on beyond the circus story arc.  Did he play a character like his character on EON, or was he more of a good guy? I know he ended up with Sunny at the end of the series, but I always thought that Sunny/Hogan could have been revived once the lack of chemistry between him and the NuLiza became apparent.   Actually... the NuLiza (Louan Gideon) reminded me more of Sunny than she did Liza as played by Sherry... and she just threw off the whole vibe of the show. I see Estelle has just arrived in the late October 1985 episodes, which only means that Wendy and Stephanie are soon on their way out.   It also appears that the Sarah/Quinn/Wendy triangle was set up by Mayer.. and it looks as though Tomlin is going to deactivate it by the introduction of Colleen Dion's character.   I don't understand why no one on the show thought to look at Quinn and realize that he was the problem and write him out.

    • I kind of assume they're toning down Rachel's bad seed tendencies a bit to make it less obvious if they're going for her as the shooter. At least that's what I hope they're doing - I've really enjoyed Rachel being a bratty evil DiMera princess and Marlena finally getting a grandchild she deserves.

. This show is so stupid. Sonny killed an FBI agent less than a year ago by shooting him at point blank range. But the new short bald man is much much worse cause he was a bad guy in some part of Africa and managed to not kill Lucky, Isaiah, Jason, or Anna. This show is crippled by the mob all these years after Guza has been long gone.    Laura is literally saying oooo but Sonny is a good mobster for Port Charles. Give me a [!@#$%^&*].ing break. Sometimes I don’t know why I watch this joke of a show.
    • With all the changes Sunny was one of the longest running characters by that time.  She had never been married and had heaps of story potential. I can see America getting with SFT -you know 'the circus soap'. Smart move because circuses were all the rage with the kids in the 80's. Maybe Stu and Jo could have bought the circus.
    • It is actually pathetic, that Victor’s 50 year old children are still written as scared of this man that has to sit in every scene. I get it, EB has been on the show for almost 50 years, but I don’t care. He’s a man in his 80’s and should not be the damn lead and driving force because you don’t want to upset Eric Braeden ‘s fragile ego that only exists because the writers have cowtowed to this man for so long.
