Here's what I would like to know. There's always risk involved with surgery. The worst that could happen is something goes wrong and you die on the operating table. Before celebrities undergoe plastic surgery, what kind of arrangements do they make in the event they die under the knife? Do they have a crisis plan in place with their PR people? Obviously, it would be embarrassing and tragic if the world found out you died while getting some work done.

They do look fuller and larger than they should be, but for 66, she looks amazing.

^ Years of drugs, smoking, suntanning, anorexia, and bad dye jobs will do that to you. Plastic surgery isn't a magic wand. It can only do so much.

im NOT a lohan fan but, dear god please tell me thats really not her!! all i can say is YIKES,

^ Yeah, that's her. She never got the memo that not everyone is meant to be blonde. I thought she was gorgeous as a redhead before she plumped her lips and got scary-skinny.

It's crazy to think I'm three years younger than her looking at those pictures .

Lohan looks terrible.

Sun, alcohol, smoking, eating disorders, an erratic and stressful lifestyle, bits of stupid dermatology (lip injections), they've all added up and she looks like she's been ridden hard and put away wet.

Oh my Lord, she has never looked worse, bless her and keep her.

The worse part is the hair. The saddest part is her distorted nose.

I really root for her. She was such a good actress, and was so cute in her youth.
