I just don't know I want GH to go up very badly but the arrogance and condescending way of how they "handled the Franco storyline remains a thorn in my side"

but I want them to go up also because of Scott,

Please go up Days,My little soap that could

and B/B because of Rick and Sarah...

I'm glad to see that all soaps went up in number of viewers. Especially happy that Days rebounded from last week. It doesn't look good for OLTL when it comes in under a soap that has already been canceled.

I guess 18-49 is still what counts most with ABC but seeing GH continue to slide down the rankings, after all the hype, is...odd. And AMC, which is a mess, continuing to improve -- I guess the publicity over the move helps.

ATWT's ratings keep going up, now that it's too late to save the show. If their ratings go a little more I wonder if CBS might change their mind? Probably not.

Good for DAYS. That people came back shows there's a lot of brand and reputation being built up again, which is what they need.

Perhaps Y&R's ratings bump might give them enough money to be able to shop for clothes somewhere beyond a flea market run by color blind 80s sitcom costume designers.

I didn't mean they'd had a big increase, but they went up last week and this week. I know it won't continue, I was just remembering GL's cancelation, and their ratings started another drop right after the news hit. I'm not sure if that's happened with ATWT yet. I guess we'll see for sure next week.

Not to stereotype women, but I'm not sure how many of the OLTL stories, which involve a lot of violence, death, horror, and repulsive leading men, would appeal to the 18-49 demo. The Tarty "love story" had some weird form of romance which I guess might have helped the numbers around this time last year, but there isn't a story like that now.

Weren't they doing well in the 12-17 demo earlier this year, or last year? How is that compared to now?

IMO OLTL's loss too much of Dani story which IMO is not involving viewers. She is a newbie thrown into the fire and looks overwhelmed. I am not overly impressed by the actress and I think people just were not invested enough with the Dani character to care about the hostage stuff. The rapemance was a SUCCESS FOR RC. If you look at ratings archive, OLTL was over 2.0 practically all of Nov/Dec. The rapemance reveal episode had over 3 million and a 2.4, it was great numbers. Right now I think is the lack of interest in Dani story.

I knew Days would rebound. Days is trending up. People have to stop panicking over a bad week.

For all the b!tching about Y&R, its 18 to 49 women demos are strong. CBS has got to be pleased.

GH is spinning its wheels. It can't get those demos up. Eh, they get what they deserve.
