And if Sony/CBS are greenlighting the stories that that rumor suggests, then it doesn't matter who gets hired...Labine or Nancy Curlee. Because it's still going to be this endless horror show. I'm hoping that rumor is really just rabble rousing. But if it is true, then THERE IS NO SENSE -- NO BRAIN CELL -- AT ANY LEVEL OF THIS SHATTERED SHOW. Members Y&RWorldTurner Posted October 15, 2009 Author Members Share Posted October 15, 2009 Mark, again, Bloom was at CBS and Kent was at Sony when Alden, Smith, Latham, and MAB's solo tenure were going on, and the show was nothing like this and what it currently is with this writing regime of Maria Arean Bell/Hogan Sheffer/Scott Hamner. We've all seen the stuff Sheffer recycled from show to show, and the similarities between Hamner' PC and now Y&R, and of course MAB's tendencies. This show is 99% Maria, Sheffer, and Hamner.
