Starr and Schuyler kissing... too gross for me.

So, who is the killer? From the footsteps as he was going for Blair, it was a man, but who?

Schuyler didn't look like he was enjoying the kiss. I know he was supposed to be shocked, but I didn't see that at trying to control himself, or deal with his feelings. He just looked repulsed.

I'm hoping they can wrap this story up sooner rather than later, I don't think any part of it works.

I think it's all kind of funny in a sad sort of way. Stacy is the new Gigi! Except Gigi is still new to me. Gigi is the chosen one. Tptb brought her on specifically to be Rex's true love that would never die, and transcended time, blah blah blah, even though the audience had seen Rex fall in love with Jen, and seen Rex fall in love with Adriana, and we never witnessed the love he shared with Gigi. Nevertheless, as soon as Adriana found out about Shane, she was reduced to the scheming, jealous "bitchy bangs" interloper for this supposed grand love to surpass all loves, even though Adrianna was Rex's bride-to-be! The funny part is, even though Adriana was written to be the wicked cartoon character (as Shane's comic book depicted), the audience felt compassion for her, and Gigi wasn't a very rootable character, or at least that was my observation. I think their strategy to vilify Adriana and glorify Gigi backfired, compounded by Gigi's ubiquitous presence on our screens almost everyday. So what do they do to repair it? Well it's almost as if tptb had a "Ah Ha!" lightbulb moment, and they figured that shoving Gigi down our throats is what made Adriana a root for character, so they introduce Stacy and have her everywhere, every day, to make Gigi the root for character. It won't make us love Gigi more, but we'll hate Stacy so much, Gigi will seem likeable in comparison.

See I see it differently. I see it as Gigi is finally going to see the "player" Rex and it won't be about love that trancends time. Afterall, there has to be a reason they casted Hunt who resembles Hickland, the woman Rex slept with while dating Jen. If this goes down the way I think it will Gigi will realize exactly how Adriana felt. Stacy making a play on Rex will be Gigi's karma and we all know RC is all about bringing it back around.

It did look like a man or it is a manly woman. Miles? Hesser? Margaret?

Rex and Gigi was about the true love against the scheming Adriana, and Adriana finally gave in to true love. As much as I'd love to see them admit Rex's only true love is himself, I'm not sure Brian Frons would let them tarnish this couple he's had take up so much of the show.

I didn't mention this earlier but I'm glad OLTL is continuing to keep Dorian front and center. Few can entertain the way Robin Strasser can, and she looks sensational.

I wonder if MC is lurking around somewhere as it would make sense with her going after Blair and setting up Marty? Todd, of course is the obvious choice to blame but TOO obvious.

Poor Marty. She's a bad mother. What a burden for her...oh yeah, and her son, whashisname.

I know Trevor St. John supposedly isn't into a Todd/Blair reunion, but no matter how cold Todd is, I never thought I'd see him be so blase about the mother of his children being repeatedly stabbed and left to bleed to death. I would say this is to make us think Todd is the killer, but since Todd has such a blase reaction to everything now, unless it involves his precious Marty, I don't know.

At least Dorian was there. Robin Strasser was just amazing.

I thought the last two days of this show have been great for 2 very different reasons. Thursday’s episode, IMO, looked great. Meaning did you see all the extras they had for a school dance. Poor Guiding Light doesn't get to use that many extras all year long let alone in one episode. It helped make the set look real. I also thought the episode was beautifully scored. It's been a long time since I've noticed the music on this show, or any show for that matter, considering music was OLTL's strong suit for so many years. Today's episode was just great and what a cliff hanger. The pacing of today’s show really worked for me. It was just enough to keep me on the edge of my seat. Adding Roxy into the mix was the perfect touch of comedy needed. I have to give props to Brandon Buddy for his performance today, he actually surprised me. I’m not sure if it’s because I expect so little from him but when he saw Starr kissing Mr. J he got me and later on in the scene when he ratted the fine teacher out for his own drug use I thought he nailed it.

the writing for these teens are horrible. That boy called the girl density and the other day she called someone cretin. WTF? Who says this

I'm LOVING OLTL. Friday's episode was great and I had a feeling it was going to lead up to something huge.. Gigi/Shane and Cole/Matthew in a car crash. Wow, this should be good.

I really didn't expect Starr to end up kissing Mr. J, so that was a bit of a shock as well.

There's just a lot of great storylines going on right now on OLTL, I have nothing but praise for it.

    • I get that the BAFTAs have a bias toward Brits, but oh snap.
    • It's true that the character's latest major story was winding down, but DAYS was insane to let Alexander's contract expire. She was one of daytime's biggest stars, and one of the most popular actresses by far on the show. It was hard adjusting to her replacement. Bennye Gatteys might have been fine playing another role, and she was an adequate actress overall, but she lacked the intensity and charisma and star appeal that Alexander was blessed with. It was like watching Linda Borgenson  on AW, Victoria Mallory on Y&R or Daniel Pilon on TGL: they simply did not live up to the original actors in their roles. Susan Martin never regained the popularity she had had when Denise Alexander played her. The character started being seen less and less, and then disappeared completely, without even a write-off scene. IIF recall correctly, the last time we saw Susan was at Doug and Julie's wedding in 1976, after being MIA for months. It was a disappointing way to discard a character who had once been hugely important to Salem.      I know this will sound caustic (I honestly don't mean it to be), but who the heck is Lesley Jordan, and why should we give credence to this person's assessment of Frann's character? I've honestly never heard anyone bad-mouth Frann in the last 50 years, LOL. (On the other hand, there are  some actors who have been rumored to feud with people regularly.)
    • I feel like I would’ve been more invested had Uk not aired at the same time and been such a joyous show. They need to take a page out of the BBC and do a more genuine season that isn’t driven by shocks and producer manipulation to keep it interesting.
    • Yuh-Jung Youn just won the Supporting Actress BAFTA, which is a boost for her Oscar prospects. Would be only the second actress of Asian descent (to my knowledge) to win an Oscar after Miyoshi Umeki for Sayonara in 1958.
    • RHoJohannesburg   @Cheap21 @Chris B maybe not over yet?         RHOA   What? Not Finale Promo when it's actually NEXT WEEK!!!!
