Sat.1 will air a spin off from their successful Daily “Landarztpraxis”!
The Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof with 120 episodes for the 29. June 2026, directly in time and content connection to the main series. The spin-off is therefore expected to run until the end of 2026!
Some of the new characters are to be introduced shortly before the start of the spin-off in the main series for the audience with a kind of backdoor pilot. In addition, there will always be crossovers with characters from the main series. The two series thus share a common series universe.
PLOT for Landarztpraxis - Team Sonnenhof:
The main setting of the offshoot will be the "Sonnenhof", an old inn including a doctor's office in Weilhausen, a neighboring town of Wiesenkirchen, which the five Lamminger siblings inherited after the death of their parents. Lilli Lamminger (Pina Kühr), sister of mountain rescuer Becky Lamminger (Sina Zadra), who is already known from the main series, now wants to reopen the family heritage after the recent death of her father. Dr. Ella Wagner (Nina Schmieder) and medical assistant Feli Marino (Fenja Gerhardter), both also known from the main series, quickly find a new cast for the affiliated medical practice. However, brother Konstantin Lamminger (Michael Epp), previously chief physician in Munich, probably also has a say in this. It could also be difficult with the eldest sister Julia Lamminger (Rike Schmid), a successful lawyer from Düsseldorf, who had no contact with Lilli for years and would like to sell the "Sonnenhof" immediately. And then there's Becky's twin brother Freddy (Tobias Schäfer), a cook and globetrotter, who could finally settle down in the Sonnenhof
