  1. Happy Valentine's Day from The Mountain, Game of Thrones fans!
  2. Wow, I had no idea it was on Amazon Prime. I have most of the DVDs but the HD looks soooooo good, I may just watch on AP. Too bad they cut out those opening teasers. I've been meaning to rewatch the series. A small part of me worries it might lose some of its luster if I do so, but I'm glad to hear it has held up for you.
  3. A wonderful, rollercoaster of a short film. Bravo! Very worth the time to watch it, you guys. Another one, very different, but also equally beautiful. Amazingly shot and acted.
  4. We need this as a TV movie!!!
  5. Oh, The Battle of the Bastards is a classic. You think they can't possibly shock you after that, but S06E10 DELIVERS!
  6. I nearly lost it when Austin, who has been trying to get Carrie back, walks into her apartment and just takes his shirt off. Like, "You can't possibly deny me now! Just look at the muscles!" He then grabs her face and puts it on his humongous peck under the guise of having Carrie "listen to his heart" saying I love you. OMG.
  7. Bell did most of it and Alden finished it off/did the climax. I don't know if I'd call it a "just". The shooting/remarriage sparked a ton of the next few years' worth of story: Diane and Victor's bitter divorce battle, the Newman takeover, SpermGate, Nikki and Brad 2.0, Victor's attempt to seize Jabot again, Nikki going into business, etc. So many developments in those few years can be traced back to that.
  8. IMDb's Freedrive. Victoria Foxton posted the link a few posts up!
  9. Really cool to hear DALLAS is FINALLY available for streaming.
  10. Gillian Anderson as Thatcher?!! Whoa! Great motivation to catch up and be ready for that!
  11. FINALLY!!!!! April 14th. Amazing teaser.
  12. I'm not exactly defending Passions, mind, but 2-3 months in, it started to gel and became addictive. Of course, I can't account for what happens after Season 1....
  13. Agreed. You can't skip any of it without missing out on major payoffs or important twists/reveals. Season 5's rough, but don't let that stop you. If Tywin is a motivator, you definitely want to see Season 4
  14. Stop it! 😛 You're making me want to watch!
  15. Yes, indeed, although I'll agree with those who said they never saw this coming. A creepy, creepy fusion of art and life.
  16. Truly, utterly bizarre.
  17. That will be fun to watch later on! Thanks! I know it's not the same, but I get exactly what you mean: As I was reading Warner's "One Life to Live" book, I devoured the year synopses and was totally fascinated by the stories happening. But as we started getting to the mid-80s (probably around '84) the stories' interest took a sharp decline (even in synopsis form). I started reading about doctor villains losing their hands to crocodiles and such. It's very clear the show became something different (some of the 90s sounded very good) and not for the better.
  18. I thought it was A LOT of fun. Light, breezy, enjoyed the competition, the whole hour flew by.
  19. Ummm...... Wow. It does sound interesting, I'm not gonna lie, but... Listen, bitches: It's 18/19 years later. The Gang has gone through a lot but still have friendships/relationships with each other. They have kids and a few more new teenagers are a major part of the show. We play catch up with some major things that happened during the 18 years off, plus a bunch of new developments. We simply pick up their lives almost two decades later. Get introduced to a new crop of teens. It's not that difficult. Jesus Christ.
  20. Yeah, it'd be great to get the Australian soaps and the rest of the Brit ones, too!
  21. You're welcome. I was hoping you'd enjoy the info. It's my holiday gift to you 😛 It's new-ish, but pretty great. It's how I catch up with the Brit soaps when I tune back in, and a great source for classic UK shows. I was thinking of that, definitely a good plan.
  22. The entire original series is streaming on BritBox, which is $6.99 a month! They also offer a 7-day free trial, if you're feeling adventurous and can watch the entire run during that time. 😛
  23. A heartbreaking, brilliantly performed scene. Gets me every time.
  24. I don't think I've ever heard anyone refer to it as CowLip QAF before! lol I admit, I have yet to watch the non-CowLip version yet. I must, soon.
