  1. If Finn was a virgin in college then the earth is flat. How old is Finn supposed to be versus Luna? Is it even mathematically possible for him to be her father?
  2. It was so obvious. And cringe. The upside is Garcelle did not give a solitary f*ck. She handled Sutton's mother perfectly and showed what an arsehole she is. Sutton's mother is a complete explanation for much of who Sutton is. She is so toxic and passive aggressive and just awful. Kyle really showed, again, what a terrible friend and person she is while she makes excuse after excuse for Sutton's mother (watch the After Show on YouTube) all while never giving Sutton any credit. All that to say Sutton's house in Augusta is gorgeous. Her mother should be kissing her feet given Sutton's alimony supports her. I found the last scene the most riveting though, as Erika explained the facts of divorce to Dorit. Kathy and Boz nodding along, knowing the hellscape that is about the reveal itself, as the music reached a frenzied crescendo as Dorit declares war on PK? Fantastic.
  3. What's intriguing is this was originally greenlit for E! but is now airing on Bravo. Obviously, E! is a dying network and NBCU know it, so they're airing it on Bravo to make the most of its potential.
  4. If Wendy is game for being a villain then she would be great next season. Whether that's her against Karen, or another HW, would be fine with me. If she wants to just make another fake career change, have an other obligatory season with her overbearing mother, and drag out Happy Eddie for a scene or two, then pass.
  5. SLC Great reunion so far. It's clear that Bronwyn is a huge liar. The jewelry, the "affair" Todd had...like good lord. Meredith's dramatics are tiresome. When she said she was going to leave my only reaction was "Okay." Mary and Angie have a beautiful, real deal, friendship. BH I love that the editors are keeping their foot on Kyle's lying, hypocritical neck. That montage they did of Kyle insisting other people be 'open and honest' while she's closing up and denying...perfection. I also love that Boz is loyal to Dorit and calls out Kyle's crap without hesitating. POTOMAC Well that ended with an awful display of animal cruelty with those canisters going off on those poor dogs...plus Wendy adopting a dog without talking to her husband...very bad move. That wig Stacey had on was another bad move. That thing looked crispy. Ashley had exactly no storyline this season. Just as she hasn't for years. I dare say it's time for her to get the axe. Gizelle and Karen had me cracking up while Stacey flubbed her pronunciations - they are so good as friends. Wendy being so sure that Karen trashes her yet invites her to the White House? Either she understands this is the HW Game, or she's really desperate. TJ seems really awful and really mean. What was Stacey thinking? For the record...Karen is correct. Mia *isn't* Potomac. She's trash. Bring on the reunion.
  6. I like Shamea and am interested to see how she does on the show. I liked the trailer and thought the show has energy in a way it hasn't in years. It will be interesting to see if its sustained throughout the season and whether we see a big difference once Cynthia and Phaedra join...they both seem like last minute additions to spice it up. Love that for Karen.
  7. Welcome to hell, Tamra.
  8. In the motion that Karen's new lawyers filed, it does not seem there is intent to appeal, but instead, to file with the Court a sentencing memo to adequately address the Court and the prosecutors office. They also point out Karen entered rehab out of state and would only be discharged a day before her sentencing, so she would not be able to confer with her lawyers about their memo, which they would file by February 14, 2025, well before the new sentencing date. It seems that Karen did not trust her previous lawyers to file an adequate sentencing memo, so she hired experienced lawyers to do so. It seems that she is going into this sentencing ready to accept responsibility. “Ms. Huger is seeking to have the benefit of counsel’s 30 years of experience handling cases of this kind, in the Maryland Courts, and in fashioning recommendations that State and the Court may find acceptable to address the community’s interests in accountability, rehabilitation, supervision, and deterrence,” the motion read. Karen’s new lawyers said they last spoke to Karen as she entered an out-of-state program that is appropriate for this case. The lawyers said they had not received permission from Karen to disclose the nature of the program. “The rules of the program severely limit the counsel’s ability to communicate with Ms. Huger and prepare for sentencing. [Karen] will be returning from that program on January 28, 2025, the day before the scheduled sentencing,” the motion read. 9. Just call Luann, Sonja, Dorinda, Heather, Carole, and Kristen and be done with it!
  10. RHOP Mia: A disaster and this whole Ink/Jeremiah/Gordon fiasco is simply gross. It is not entertaining and has no entertainment value. Plus, she's really vulgar and stupid. Stacey: Ugh, this late in the game switchover to Mia is not the move. Frankly, the comments she attributes to Karen, while spicy, are not correct. Mia is garbage and Stacey *should not* be her friend. Wendy *is* self absorbed - her entire storyline this year has been her birthday and non-existent 'talk show'... Gizelle: She hates Mia and will do anything that goes against her. Ashley: The drag king stuff is neither here nor there for me. She has no storyline. Karen: Are they going to work in her conviction into the finale using a "6 months later..."? However they do it, I really hope we see some accountability from Karen.
  11. Yes, part of her deal with CBS that she worked out in 1989, which also involved the 'bookend' episodes, involved TV Movies. She did The Shell Seekers, Mrs. 'Arris Goes to Paris, and Mrs. Santa Claus, all for CBS, under that pact. She also did other work during MSW's run. She did the TV Movie The Love She Sought for NBC, the miniseries Rage of Angels: The Story Continues, also for NBC, and Beauty and the Beast for Disney.
  12. Agreed! We have never wavered. When you know, you know.
  13. BH Kyle is a lying liar who lies. And she's been caught. And she knows she's been exposed as in the wrong. And she's being held to account. And she knows nothing she's saying makes sense. Of course she throws a tantrum. I've always seen Kyle for what she is and this season proves me unequivocally right. Loving Boz so much and loving Boz enjoying Dorit. Even Garcelle, who has had legitimate gripes with Dorit in the past, is seeing Dorit in a new light. Erika is having a great season doing the balancing act between Dorit and Kyle and staying diplomatic. Jennifer Tilly made me laugh when she spoke candidly to the masseur. Beyond her Simpsons fortune, she is self aware and hilarious. Sutton was so awkward with Dorit but I like her calling out Kyle's hypocrisy.
  14. The headline made me laugh. I wish Natalie Morales and Jerry O'Connell well.
  15. Did anyone else find that in the clips used in the CBS Sunday Morning story that the lighting on BTG appears really bright and makes the sets look cheap (when it's clear they've spent money on them)? It may just be the way the clips were processed into the story but the lighting seems brighter than DAYS?
  16. DAYS used to air on Global, but it now airs on an affiliated cable channel, the W Network. This happened once DAYS left NBC and went to Peacock because it meant Global could no longer take advantage of simultaneous substitution rules (this is when a show airs on a US network at the same time as a Canadian network, the Canadian broadcast goes out on both channels). Y&R has always aired, in Canada, in the very late afternoon (usually 4pm or 4:30pm as a lead in for the early news), the ratings being so superior in that timeslot. The Talk currently airs on Global and given BTG is launching midseason, I expect it will air on Global in its place, at least until September when the new television season starts.
  17. Totally respect your position on this. Karen has made an ass of herself throughout all of this.
  18. You are right. However, their circumstances at the time of filming are different. Shannon could take accountability because filming resumed after she had already cut her deal with the prosecutor. Karen, on the other hand, is still in active proceedings and awaiting sentencing, so she cannot admit wrongdoing. To do so would go against every piece of legal advice she received. There is no question that Karen does need to take accountability and admit her mistakes. If she does, the audience will forgive her. If she remains deflecting, even after being found guilty, the tide will turn against her. But then again, there are still those who defend Teresa Giudice, and she remains a totally unrepentant convicted felon.
  19. First Alan, then Bobbie, and now Monica. For me, they were the big three GH characters. And now they are all gone to history. Rest in peace, Leslie. May her memory be a blessing.
  20. I agree. I don't see any real difference between Karen and Shannon other than the timing of their trips to rehab. Shannon is still drinking, still claims she doesn't have an alcohol problem. Karen, on the other hand, stayed pretty sober throughout this season.
  21. Karen entering rehab and swerving the reunion is a wise strategy. Luann employed the same strategy and it worked out beautifully for her.
  22. POTOMAC Mia has to be fired. The way she's behaving about Gordon, their children, and Ink, is insane. BH Another great episode. Something has happened to Kyle's lower face. Her lips are looking weird. Love an appearance from Martyn Lawrence Bullard in Erika's hacienda. He is this glamorous confection and is a genuinely nice guy.
  23. I don't believe he's doing that at all. He's looking for money and wants a settlement and thinks that dragging ABC back to court is going to get him that if he makes himself enough of a nuisance.
  24. So is Sheila just being benched? No storyline? It’s so strange to me how the canvas has characters with potential, and the sets are still decent, the lighting is still good…B&B is theoretically an easy fix…but it is really stuck.
  25. That Newman Ranch set is decorated so spectacularly for Christmas. EB and MTS seem genuinely thrilled to be on that set.
