  1. I agree. I think the reunions of NYC Season 3 and ATL Season 4 are both worth re-watching over & over, and I do too I think NYC's season 3 reunion is the most delicious, satisfying reunion of all time for all the reasons you said: Bethenny's zingers, cray cray Kelly being called out on her hypocrisy and delusions, and Jill being called out on her lies, deception and jealousy. So, so good! I don't recall them saying this upcoming season was extended due to lack of drama. I remember hearing that for seasons 4 and 5 (S4 had additional trips added; S5 had additional filming of just the new girls) I'd have to agree with others about LuAnn. As much of a haughty, phony lil sh*t stirrer that she is, she's part of the overall brand and I love watching her silly self. I'm glad she'll be heavily featured even though she's not an "official" housewife. Aviva's pervy daddy is going after my Ramona which can only spell drama!
  2. "I found one!"
  3. Such a rare trait to find in a Real Housewife.
  4. Wow! I am definitely surprised. I felt like there was no promotion regarding the show's return. I would not have even known it was returning this week if it weren't for this message board. Congrats!
  5. The first episode of the new season should've packed a lil more punch. Not enough of the Cryer family and too much of those 2 nobodies at the hospital with Hannah. A couple things I noticed is that they've increased the production values. That outside scene with Candace and Jeffrey was nice. Looks like they'll be doing more of those. And they finally built a set for Veronica and Peter Parros. Nice big bedroom and their outside windows showed movement (car lights of a moving car) which makes it appear more realistic. And at the hospital, they had long hallways in the background with actual people moving up & down the hallway, something I've never seen on a daytime soap. The actual waiting room looked like a typical soap set, but those background hallways looked totally real.
  6. You know I've been waiting for these bitches to come back! Yay, March 11th! When was the last time a Housewives show was on a Tuesday, back in 2011? I seem to remember NYC Season 4 and OC being on Tuesdays in 2011. One article said LuAnn is not in the first 3 episodes, but she'll be featured prominently as a friend. Looks like she hosts one of their big dinner get-togethers, from the trailer. Looks GREAT! Crazy Aviva giving hell to everyone and her damn LEG on the FLOOR!!! LMAO Looks like a fun season!
  7. Jesus! Wow! From one ratings geek to the next, thanks! I still get more excited to watch RHOBH yet find myself then disappointed or bored with half of what's onscreen. Still have to watch last night's.
  8. Didn't bother to watch season two either. No point after the wedding. I do think it'd cause some fantastic drama if she returned.
  9. Hahahaha.... I don't watch the Pump dump, but I agree with wanting whiny Katie killed off B&B (no offense to Heather Tom, it's just an awful role)
  10. Brilliant. LOL I cant even remember what those kids' names are. Cross? And Hunter & Tylo?
  11. See, I don't think of this as *Lisa* using her friends to create drama/story/ratings for Vanderpump Rules. It's Bravo. None of this is on-the-fly moments. It's all pre-determined, that the intermingling of Housewives and Pumps makes for a crossover event. Yeah, Carlton is quickly becoming a snooze, I'm afraid to say. The sex dungeon story is just weird. I'm glad she has such a close relationship with her mother-in-law, but eww to dildo and crotchless panty shopping with my hubby's mama. Kim, ugh. We fast-forwarded her racecar driving skit. Talk about a time-filler. Why wasn't Kyle at the dinner party? Was that explained? Yolanda's photobook was beautiful. They're a cute couple. I've always wondered this on any Housewives show: whenever there's 2 or 3 people having lunch or dinner, they always show what people order. Why? I don't need to know what they're eating.
  12. Hahahaha I love this description!
  13. For the most part, yes. But last night I forgot she was even there until about half-way through the episode. Cynthia's burst into tears seems to stem from something more. She's not one to make huge dramatic gestures just for airtime.
  14. ITA. That's what's different about this season. Everyone had something to contribute, fabulous or hot mess, in the original cast. Lisa was the witty Brit. Now with half the original ladies gone, friendships divided, and new people brought on and immediately choosing sides... It's not as enjoyable to watch, and yeah it makes Lisa come off as more judgmental and two-faced than just being witty and cheeky. Not to throw out the basic cop out, but I blame strategic editing setting the tone. And I'm still Team Lisa all the way, even if she's standing proudly on her own.
  15. What is the outdoor restaurant called? The one that doubles as the Forrester gym. I don't think anyone in L.A. eats out at night anymore.
  16. It's interesting to read in Brandi's comments that the scene coming up with Joyce & her hubby out to dinner having a bitchfest about Brandi was filmed well after the fact as a "pick up" to piece together the storyline Bravo edits together. Y'know, I'd much rather prefer a silly drunk (Taylor) than a mean drunk. If Brandi had beef with Joyce behind the camera, her best revenge would've been to make no issue of it on camera. This lil feud is the only source of relevancy for Joyce.
  17. I don't know what's yet to come on ATL this season, but it seems that whatever beef that Phaedra or Kandi had with NeNe is all forgotten. You can tell in scenes together that they all know the game; they're castmembers and NeNe ain't going anywhere. As the saying goes, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. They all seem like they've got an understanding with each other on that. Kenya foolishly thinks she can "beat" NeNe.
  18. God forbid he ever be diagnosed with testicular cancer, she can make the same complaint. Ass.
  19. First of all, DaytimeFan, I hope you'll stick around with the housewives. I love your weekly commentary and assessment of these crazy ladies Brandi is definitely living up to her own tagline. She is her own worst enemy. For as quickly as she became a fan-favorite in season 2, she's becoming the albatross of season 4. I agree that Yolanda is giving her way too much leeway with her drunken antics. If it were Kyle or Kim (not that we could tell the difference...) actin' a fool while intoxicated, you know Yo would be rolling her eyes and commenting on it. Didn't she say "there's nothing uglier than a drunk woman?" or something to that effect last year in regards to Taylor? We sure are getting A LOT of Kim this year. A lot. Like, they're going to her for witty talking head comments? Sigh... Suffice it to say, most of her lines are falling flat. They don't have the bite and wit of Miss Vanderpump. Now I understand that not everyone has the ability to speak in an eloquent manner (I myself can sometimes stutter or have trouble expressing the words I want to say right when I want to say them), but Kim speaks the same way, whether she's sober or high as a kite.
  20. Great episode! For being such a crafty one, her final plan sure was flimsy and open to much error, even if Daniel hadn't been up there. Anyone else easily could have walked in on them. I expected a bigger, grander plan with a full audience for Victoria's downfall, not a handful of people on a boat.
  21. Wow 3.8! That's ridiculous! This gravy train ain't slowing down anytime soon! No wonder Bravo put Shahs back behind ATL. Wow 3.8! That's ridiculous! This gravy train ain't slowing down anytime soon! No wonder Bravo put Shahs back behind ATL. BH: Rambles Richards put Lisa on blast on Bethenny's show. I'll just consider the kooky source. Meanwhile, I'm sure when Bethenny's talk show is cancelled, she'll end up back on Bravo with another talk show.
  22. Mama Joyce is annoying. Just thinking back to that confrontation at the dinner table... a mess! And bringing her sister entourage to the gown fitting was equally messy. She wants to hold onto Kandi's money for herself so she'll be taken care of right up until she's 6 feet under. (Something about her sagging face and current hair reminds me of a black Jill Zarin when she's pouting) Porsha is so dumb. "Death, wedding, and a funeral. I feel like I'm repeating myself with one of them." Lord... LOL
  23. I find myself LOVING when Beverly Hills has juicy encounters between the ladies. That is definitely my housewives highlight lately. Atlanta is nice, but it's not POPPING, like it always was through season 4. So glad to see a NYC update! Can't wait for crazy Aviva, Pinot Singer, and all the rest! I'm pretty sure LuAnn is a full-time housewife, based on her interview on Bethenny's show.
  24. I enjoyed the second half of BH. Kim is so messy. Her whole team-building exercise screamed of Bravo-TV set-up. I look forward to seeing how the Brandi/Yolanda vs. Lisa goes down, but in the meantime, I like the 2 split groups of the Richards Sisters & Joyce vs. Lisa, Brandi, Yolanda, and Carlton. I am really liking Carlton! Her little digs and facial expressions are hilarious! She still kinda acts like she's gotta stick up her butt, but at least her irritable attitude is directed towards Kyle so I'm cool with it. Up until Joyce's lil performance for screentime, her presence reminded me of Marissa; just another person taking up space, seated next to Kyle but not really contributing much. I *loved* how Lisa dismissed her, as she rightfully should have. Yolanda's daughters are too beautiful for words. What a happy lil life. I her her house. That closet looked like a high-end boutique!
  25. Count me in as a Faye supporter from Season One! "Eww, is that what you do?" lol But last season was a desperate attempt to stir up trouble. It is weird having only half of the original ladies still on Beverly Hills. There seemed to be such a good rapport between everyone until the reunion of season 2 when we found out what a jealous creep Adrienne is. Now, with the brewing hatred amongst the originals and the impending Lisa vs. The Group feud, is this going to be the equivalent of New York season 4 where the bickering lost its entertainment appeal and it just became dreadful? I have to agree with others who think Brandi's sass mouth and "tell-it-like-it-is" attitude has just gotten old and now she's just putting her foot in her mouth over & over again, on screen and off. If Carlton joins Lisa's side, I'll enjoy seeing the Witch vs. Splits.
