I don’t mind that and I like that we’re getting new characters and a new family, but does he really have to be named after a character from ER? We don’t need anymore stupid jokes like we had with Sloan. And hopefully, we were spared from another relationship for Leo but we all know Uncle Ron’s style lol I’m not convinced. But at least, this relationship would be with a newbie instead of someone who’s part of the core families or a long running character. And hopefully, no other character gets humiliated or destroyed in the process. Speaking of Leo, personally, I should have sympathy for him after his scenes today but I just don’t. He deserves everything that he gets for what he did to Gwen. As for Johnny/Chanel, I’m liking the idea of the story that they’re in, but I still feel like it shouldn’t be for them. Let them be the young, messy couple instead of just settling down with a baby.

Agreed. February 2023 was the best sweeps GH had in years. And I thought Chris and Dan had a lot of good ideas over the years. IMO, their biggest problem, along with Frank’s obvious interference, was with plotting and pacing.

A lot of people were dicks today for no reason. Brady and Alex suddenly being more concerned about sending Xander up the river than Theresa’s well-being almost seemed out of character. I’m glad that seemed to get fixed by the end of the episode though. A Brady/Theresa/Alex triangle could be really good, and it could drive story for other characters, like Xander/Sarah and Tate/Holly, as well. Btw, was it just me or did RSW almost knock Theresa’s wig out of place when he was holding her at the beginning of the episode? 😂😂 As for John, the ringing phone snaps him out of the trance? Just like that? I hope there was a point to all this that’s going to be played out in a later episode, because as of now, I’m just thinking, what was the point? Good job, Errol 👍

I didn’t mind that. We just have to assume that Justin told her at some point. It actually makes more sense than Bonnie not knowing who Alex was when he first came to Salem 😂

RIH Konstantin!!!! 😃😃😃 We won’t be missing your annoying ass anytime soon. Today was an ad free episode… but it was also a bit of a mixed bag. There was some good acting and good scenes but also some bad acting and atrocious scenes. Fair warning, the flashback with a Fake Victor was absolutely terrible. John suddenly becoming triggered by the card, even though he was supposed to have overcome it already was stupid too, but I guess it was a good cliffhanger. The best acting today came from Maggie and Justin, imo. Maggie ripping Konstantin and Justin talking about how his relationship with Alex has changed were some of the best scenes today. And the hostage standoff was pretty good too, despite EOB not playing a hostage all that well. She’s improved as Theresa but today wasn’t her best work. But I liked the way they left the door open for the rest of the secrets to be revealed. I thought that was handled pretty well.

That’s sounds so good. Guess we can add this to the list of reasons why that whole Dimitri storyline was total garbage. Idk I hope it ends up working out. I’ve always wanted to see what Dan (and Chris) could do once they got out from under Frank’s thumb.

Lol I forgot about Victor trying to kill Bo back then. But yeah, it's like it all goes back to what I said about the writers wanting to make it happen but not knowing how to make it happen. And with the way everything played out when Victor died, and during the strike writing, and what's going on right now, it all just seems so convoluted. But I'm still looking forward to the aftermath of it all. This could all go in so many different directions and involve so many characters.

Not to mention that means that Victor once held a knife to his son's throat and was prepared to kill him.

Agreed, I actually think it's a good idea and it paves the way for storylines to have the chance play to out for a long time, but the I feel like the beginning of it just needed to be thought out more. I mean, what person suddenly decides to play God with some random angry old Greek stranger who bursts into their hotel room? 😂 And judging by the promo, it seems like the storyline got re-written.

It's like they wanted the storyline to happen but didn't know how to make it happen. I said the same thing about the baby switch too.

I think I remember Konstantin saying that he had contacts that could forge a signature or something.

She did, but then we found later in a flashback that she had teamed up with Konstantin before she did it, which was a weak setup in it of itself.
