In my fan fiction, I would have had their own teenage angst keep them apart. Holly hanging Tate out to dry at the halfway house was a good idea and I wish the show had continued on that path. The Romeo and Juliet trope is soooo overdone.

That's pretty much the only reason why Ava's still on the canvas, unless they pair her with Stefan once Gabi finds out.

B and C The writers could have been a little better at establishing it but I guess they were trying to say that Alex was afraid of commitment but his "love" for Theresa is too strong, so he changed his mind about it.

I kinda hope she keeps trying to pursue Tate. He and Holly just need some better conflict though, so that he eventually has a reason to turn to Sophia.

I just hope he doesn't get the Nina treatment, and GH just becomes the 'Let's bash Jagger' hour

Days is really making this ‘Steve broke Clyde out of prison’ thing a lot bigger than it should be. There doesn’t really seem to be a point to the whole thing. Once again, there was too much Leo in today’s episode. He was totally unnecessary, again. And so was the second round of the hot, shirtless jogger and the water thing. That doesn’t happen in real life lol And I was also thinking that Alex was unnecessary too, until his scene with Justin. That actually was really good, even though Alex was a total dick. That dynamic between him and Justin should have been the main part of this storyline from the very beginning. He should have had sessions with Marlena about that instead of just about Theresa and Kristen. As for the prom, it was a typical low budget Days affair, even though there were more extras than I thought there would be lol I have mixed feelings about Tate and Holly though. They were really sweet together in their scenes at the Salem Inn but I also thought they were total dicks for the way that they just left Sophia, who I thought actually did pretty well today, especially when she confronted Holly. I hope this part of the storyline continues. And I did kinda feel bad for Aaron too lol even though he need to work on his facial expressions along with the acting. Btw, what teenager gets a hotel room on prom night and thinks people are actually gonna believe him when he says he only wants to talk and hang out there? 😂😂

Yeah… as much as I like Trina, Gio and Dex, if GH really thinks that they can recreate Spencer/Trina/Cam/Joss with Gio and Dex, they are sorely mistaken.

Gotta admit, I like the newbies… even though the actor playing Aaron still needs some work lol they’re all charming in their own ways. And I guess they needed a new sweet, adorable doctor now that Tripp is gone. They were all used pretty well today and I think it was a good idea to have Mark be the one who convinced Nicole to let Holly go to prom. And an even better idea that Sophia overheard Tate’s intentions and tipped off Theresa. That could lead something good happening. Still not sure about Leo Howard though. I don’t think he’s a bad actor but his Tate is just so different from what we’ve seen. I mean, this is the same kid that was just locked up in a halfway house? He seems too much like a frat boy… or a Ford brother lol I still like the Tate/Holly/Aaron/Sophia quad though and I hope we see them a lot over the summer. As for Stefan, he was just annoying today and needs to go away.
