I think Dani is just in that Phyllis/Carly lane where everything she does is excused and somehow seen as “right.”

Again, why are we supposed to think Dani is a victim when she does all this sh!t intentionally? She’s a psychopath, criminal, attempted murder, and trespasser.

She deserves to suffer through that.

Dani really deserves prison, but of course, her actions will be excused because she’s still hurting over Bill leaving her ass. This is the kind of slanted and exhausting writing Phyllis gets on Y&R and that Carly gets on GH.

This Tomas actor is ….bad. His line delivery is even worse than Martin’s.

It’s nice to see Kat dressing sexier and more contemporary for a girl her age.

Dani is f.ucking exhausting. What a lunatic trying to break into Haley and Bill’s house to leave what’s probably a horrendous gift.

Too much Ashley and Derek in this episode for my liking.

It’s the writing. It’s the characters. It’s the actors. Ashley and Derek are just momentum killers and the show seriously needs to reevaluate their place on this canvas, IMO.

Ashley and Derek come on and I’m automatically tired and sleepy. Ms. Tunie looks fabulous today. So Anita and Vernon do have a staff at the house. A cook was mentioned, but we haven’t seen her yet.

I think that’s more than likely what happened. It came time to re-up his contract at DAYS, they either told him they would be cutting his guarantees or overall salary, and he and his agent started putting out feelers to the other soaps. Y&R took the bait and offered him a deal he/his agent was happier with.

Amazing - truly outstanding that they’re holding steady and even growing. Unprecedented for these times. They’re also skewing younger (more attractive to adverting $$$) and more diverse (55% of the audience being Black in the first week), which is very good. CBS must be happy so far.

Particularly with Vernon - it was totally tone deaf the other day to have him try to equate his arrests during the Civil Rights movement to Dani’s arrest. Who approved that? They need to have a warning.

I think it’s a major issue that Dani keeps getting enabled and people keep kissing her ass. And those who call her out are also quick to backtrack and excuse her actions (Nicole and Anita). She needs a character on her side that sees things more clearly and that can be brutally honest with her and her inherent toxicity.

Listen guys, I don’t care what we saw that she did, but my girl Dana/Lesie/Shelly is INNOCENT and is just getting what’s due to her! I refuse to see it any other way! 😇🙃
