On the current canvas, Sonny is Nina's only option. Unless the writers go off in a new direction...which for all the good they have done in the last few months...I just don't feel they are capable. I would say finally drive her mad, but like the Ava murder mystery that landed on Drew...that boat has sailed. Nice bubble. lol. But it appears that Willow might become the spoiler between Chase and BLQ who have already started to slowly show cracks. Really as juicy as the forthcoming story beats (still catching up) are, it is more of the same with them. And honestly...now that I'm so used to BTG...it is disappointing even if the acting is good. Yep. Pretty much. But like I said yesterday, I'm still mad at how Frank willingly fumbled the Lucky return because he was not the favorite. I'm not too sure on that. I have wondered in my binges if the fact the show has improved could be a case of new blood making it all more bearable. And GH has hired a good amount of newbies BTS over the last few months.

IKR. Though to be fair, Drew's interesting-ness started under PM with the hate sex. Same. You and @DRW50 now have me curious because I only have seen the one scene where SJB Carly and Brenda spar. But they did it more than once? Scenes please.

So does Scott's return in 2005 count? I thought Blair Refeld was good with Sheila's return, but I remember him vanishing at the end of that return. Or fading away.

Hehe. Drew truly is THAT GIRL...I mean villain to be the top of the Episode Count. Good for CM. But overall, I feel like that's the most balanced (for the most part) I've ever seen the GH Episode Count.

I know right. But I thought it was odd they ended that episode on her and Ridge and then nothing on screen for another week.

Because Noah under Rory could have went a few places...depression, his link to Audra, family conflict a la Newman/Abbot by Allie-who is much more interesting than Claire...but we got nothing but a B&B exit a la character just vanishes to be mention off-hand as gone in dialogue. A waste. Heck, are we even getting Allie back?

Yeah, all she did was have a Q baby. Otherwise...not a thing. Meanwhile Lois was on less than that...Brenda for the same amount of time...and they both still left us...and have us...wanting more.

Don't even get me started on that. And then I finally invested in her due to Dark Willow and she's...gone? GIRL, BYE.

I love all of that. Especially the bold. I don't think I can forgive the Lucky return any more than I will ever like Laura (or Liz) as afterthoughts when there is plenty going on that should have them in story. But I do agree that the show is exciting for people having issues with each other that is not completely mob/supervillain related. And I'm happy for that.

Same. I would be more caught up and I am still waiting to get back to my three cliffhangers, but there's a limited time on a YELLOWSTONE binge I'm doing for a coworker around life stuff so lol. But the fact that I can't wait to get back to it just shows how more invested I'm in the show again...when I was downright furious a year ago.

I can't believe that it's been a year and a month since these new/old writers took over again. I also can't believe how they have managed to become watchable again in spite of their flaws, too. Giving props where due.
