Started taking B-complex vitamin this morning, because it was on sale in the store... thought why the f-ck not... and chileeeeeeeee... this sh-t is NUTS. First... I actually forgot I took that vitamin pill... but then later through the day I was so energetic and doing so much stuff, being so concentrated and productive... to a point that I thought what different have I done today, what have I eaten or taken... and then voilaa... I remembered that vitamin. Such a great surprise. Take your vitamins, y'all. Or just eat nutritious food that has more of this stuff in the natural form!
