Unless it is some shocking secret admission how much it means to him, yada yada...but then why fight to get her back. I hope they don't go with it was phoney all along===cause otherwise why would Luke have had to hire an actor to marry him/laura....tracy has an army of lawyers...she tried to divorce him a dozen times in the beginning but it was legally binding...he could say they never consummated it that nighti n vegas...but that is stupid by now.

And how was Scott Reeves taping with Luke/Tracy last Friday...unless they are only hostage for a week or so and break out.

ARGH.... we are thinking this too much. I can't see the 'un-marrying' LuNacy at this point, because you're right.... Tracy would have been all over that in 2005. As for 2006 - regardless of what the LnL faithful want to pretend, Luke really didn't want to marry Laura. He was just not willing to upset her. I don't think that one would have made a difference because he wanted to be Mr. Tracy Quartermaine.

OH... I like yours so much better than mine. happy.gif

EDIT - maybe the 'fights to win Tracy back' has to do with her assumptions about Skye and Helena... nothing terribly serious at all

Maybe... Could something that is shocking could be telling her he has not philandered on her? And IA with her freakin out about thinking all those thoughts of Helena filling her head with Luke being with Skye. She trying to get her goat.

look at the pics.. those are "trees" and "tree shadows" against the jail wall.

There are no trees in the windemere basement.

She is elsewhere --- greece or whatever.. but it's not port chuck. Those are palm tree type trees.

HATE the shocking b.s. I don't want to be shocked when it comes to those two.

My possibilities for "shocking."

- He loves her more than he ever loved Laura.

- He has NEVER cheated on her (but was a serial cheater with Laura).

- Laura calls him weekly from France asking to be reunited, and he turns her down every time.

- The sex is MUCH hotter with her than Laura.

maybe his shocking reveal is that he is in love with his own son! LOL

Okay..I'm going to be positive today...I think it is either a) they were never legally married and that is why he is fighting to win her back which could be really good only in that now he can still want to remarry her and she can even have a prenup maybe proving to her once and for all that he is not after her money (even though she knows it deep down) or B) that he has never really cheated on her with all his talk, etc...

I am wondering if maybe luke rescues Tracy but helena takes them hostage again. I know they are at least together by first week in June.

In any event, this is what I am most happy about....Tracy is actually in a preview that is like the third listed on teh list where they are usually listed in order of importance at the time! There is no skye mentioned anywhere in that preview as her story seems to have gone by the wayside.

Oh and one more thing....those pics were from the week of the 24th when Helena is supposed to be revealing her secret plan to tracy on the 25th. I think today we will see Tracy with Thor maybe in the dungeon...cause Helena is in different clothes on the docks with lucky/nik this week today or tomorrow I think

Still wondering how luke/tracy are in scenes with Steve Webber coming up...unless they weren't captive too long.

I'm curious as to the exact wording of the preview...the SOD versions on SZ are often paraphrased to be just the gist...but sometimes there is a bit more to it...like the last time SID said something about Helena not just having a plan about the paternity ll2/niz stuff but other things as well. The other things as well part was not in the summarized version.

If they aren't legally married then Luke has already proven to her that he loves her and is not about her money cause he's always come back to her. And if he wanted to leave her he could have left her many times whether it's with Laura or Holly, or Skye. And why would Luke wait so long to tell her that they weren't married if they weren't?

It makes no sense at all...but who knows with this show and the way they forget about stuff!

In any case...just happy they have something going on I guess. Maybe it is that he never has cheated on her.

Guess we will find out soon enough...

Looking forward to today's show

Considering it's their 5th anniversary, lets hope the 'never legally married' bit is our fears and not the show's. Maybe it's the they never consummated the first night and she wonders what other lies he's told.

While I agree that a non-marriage would possibly provide great story and a real romance from the top this time, it wouldn't jibe with so many other things that Luke has done.... but then again all of his tricks to STOP her from divorcing him might have included the parts where they weren't legally married in the first place and he didn't want her to find out. Personally I've always wondered how legal it was when the bride was so drunk she didn't remember the ceremony - in r/l that wouldn't be legal because you have to come to the alter of your own free will, not coerced.

Who cares in the long run because Luke loves Tracy completely and Tracy loves Luke. No matter what happens we have LuNacy and they HAVE been a couple for 5 years... still the longest on the current show.

I'm looking forward to what Luke has planned for today.... sad that Tracy won't be there to share it, but Luke does romantic really well when inspired.

I would love to see her face when he tells her that they didn't sleep together their on the first night. Luke is a romantic at heart but I think he scales back because Tracy isn't into pda's. But he would alot more if she was.

    • @Soapsuds Thanks for posting Night by night Mon 8pm The Rookies edged Gunsmoke but attracted younger(more desirable) viewers.NBC failed with Born Free/Smothers Brothers (how many different series did those 2 get??) 9-11pm  Maude/Rhoda/Medical Center dominated on CBS,but Football and Movies were competitive on an occasional basis. ABC tried  SWAT/Caribe later in the season and the former worked for them. Tues 8-11 pm CBS all the way Good Times, MASH, Hawaii Five O,Barnaby Jones. NBC had the fading Adam 12,Movie and Police Story mmm...don't see that listed? ABC Happy Days, which ABC decided to keep despite lackluster ratings, the Movie of the Week and Marcus Welby-once pulling big numbers but no longer. 8pm NBC had a new hit with Little House, easily beating Sons and Daughters, which was axed and replaced with Tony Orlando, which did much better. ABC had That's My Mama and the Wed movie. 9pm Cannon was the lead here as Lucas Tanner failed to capitalize on the LHOTP leadin. ABC continued the movie. 10pm Manhunter started strong for CBS but petered out and was cancelled. Petrocelli manged to beat Get Christie Love, which was replaced by Baretta-no ratings winner but ABC decided to renew. Thurs Another CBS night with The Waltons and a movie. ABC counterprogrammed with Odd Couple/Paper Moon then Barney Miller/Karen NBC did even worse with Sierra and replaced it with Mac Davis which improved ratings quite a bit. However, it was moved to 9pm for Sunshine/Bob Crane 9pm Some good numbers for ABC with Streets of San Francisco fending off Ironside,Archer and Mac Davis. 10pm Harry O had a slim victory over Movin On Fri 8-11 NBCs best night Sanford/Chico/Rockford/Police Woman. 8pm CBS had high hopes for Planet of the Apes but it bombed. Replacement Khan did even worse. Paul Sand and We'll Get By were tossed in at the end of the season. With poor lead ins the Friday movie didn't deliver. ABC's odd line up saw Kodiak flop, Six Million dollar Man struggle and Texas Wheelers  quickly cancelled. Kung Fu was brought in @8 and Six Million moved to 9. Then Kolchak took over at 8 and Hot*l Baltimore/Odd Couple 9-10. Despite controversy Hot*l flopped. 10pm ABC tried Kolchak then Baretta and finally Get Christie Love Sat CBS lead  with #1 AITF then Paul Sand/MTM/Bob Newhart/Carol Burnett. Paul Sand lost too much of the lead in so CBS spun off The Jeffersons and it was a smash. NBC did OK with Emergency (which beat Paul Sand on occasion, thus hastening that show's demise) and a movie. ABC was a disaster with New Land/Kung Fu and Nakia all failing. They introduced a movie @9 and moved Kung Fu to 8. Sun  NBC  with Disney and Mystery Movie (Columbo McCloud, MacMillan and Wife/Amy Prentiss)did well. ABC flopped with Sonny Bono and recovered by moving Six Million Dollar Man from Fri as a lead in to the movie. CBS hoped Apples Way would be another Waltons but no, so Cher did what Sonny couldn't. Kojak and Mannix successfully finished out the night. Two other shows on the ratings list were Adams of Eagle Lake starring Andy Griffith. Only 2 episodes aired and did well, so I'm not sure what happened there. As for The Law it was a series follow up to a 2 and a half hour NBC special movie .

    • Trust is very easily lost and very hard to re-build.
    • Oh, I know it was. I was just talking about how it's not giving me parallels to Caroline dying. It's really as far from it as possible.  But about the foreshadowing - Hahahhahah. Yes. And you missed one - Liam googling - "what is cancer"...
    • GH 2-17-21 Denise Alexander's last appearance https://www.instagram.com/p/DJdjXgwJ1Ez/
    • @Maxim This Liam dying out of the blue was crafted in a hurry for three reasons: 1. To facilitate JMW's leave 2. To prop Steffy - 'Oh, Steffy has so much grace and moral superiority that she ignored everything that swine HoLo did to tell her for the sake of their daughters. Queen Stephanie would be so proud of her!' 3. Distracting Steffy enough to give Lunacy an easy way to slither into Finn's life. Once Luna discovers that Lame is dying, she'll play that card: 'Dad, life is too short and precious!' If this was an intentional story, we would've had the typical B&B foreshadowing - Liam faceplanting into a bowl of pasta, Lame missing meetings, being forgetful. Instead, Lame does an impulsive quick quit and $B doesn't even care enough to make a single attempt to get him back? Please.
    • https://www.tvinsider.com/1180503/denise-alexander-dead-general-hospital-lesley-webber/ Alexander made her soap opera debut as Lois Adams on The Clear Horizon in 1960, but her big break came in 1966 when she was cast as Susan Hunter Martin on Days of Our Lives while still attending college at UCLA. As Susan, Alexander played a host of dramatic tales, including murdering her husband David Martin (played by Clive Clerk) in May 1967 after the death of their son. “She started out as the bad girl and was thrown out of boarding school for smoking and drinking,” recalled Alexander to We Love Soaps TV. “The character caught on and sparked something with the audience, and that is how Susan became an important part of the show. I was there for almost seven years…. I had such a wonderful time on Days. It was like going to camp every day for me. I loved the people, loved the show, and loved what I got to do. They loved the character and liked me as an actor and gave me lots of neat stuff to do. I didn’t even ask for a vacation for five years because if I worked 365 days a year, I thought I was great. It was a very good time in my life.” In 1973, Alexander was in contract negotiations with Days when ABC offered significant perks to the actress to join General Hospital to play Dr. Lesley Williams. Though Alexander loved her time in Salem, she decided to leave. “It was [Days’ Executive Producer] Betty Corday who sent me to General Hospital,” Alexander told welovesoaps.net. “She said, ‘You must do this.’ So when I went to General Hospital..."
