that's awfully fast, not that I am complaining, but it is difficult not to believe that the pacing of this story has been hastened by forces other than the desire to write a melodramatic tale

I'm sure the baby switch story would've gone on for a long time but since Ari was fired it had to be wrapped up sooner than expected.

And the actress who played Sloan moved to Italy. I don't think she would've stayed on the show much longer.
