She really hasn't been shown much at all lately and her and Spencer's story is moving at a snail's pace. I do think prior to her going on recurring the show was interested in really writing for Sprina, as there was a time when her and Spencer were featured/heavily together and on almost every single day. The show knows this is a popular potential pairing, but maybe they are just finding things a bit too difficult if due to scheduling conflicts.
