The line up was:

10AM ATWT(day behind)

11AM TPIR

12PM News

12:30 B&B

1:00 Y&R

2:00 GL

After GL ended, ATWT moved to 2 and was finally same day airings for its last year.

That's a supernatural CBS schedule.

Thanks, Soapsuds. Ugh, about 6 mins missing.

I wonder -- is there anyone here who could go into the trouble of editing the missing scenes into this HD version? It'd be the best of both worlds!

My CBS affiliate is habitually 10 minutes late on airing these. So annoying.

I don’t love this one as much as last week’s. But it’s still head and shoulders above anything any soap has done in the past 15 years.

The David stuff is low-key cheesy. Michael Corbett's line delivery is too action movie for me. It's like something out of DAYS.

Scott and Sheila begging Paul and Lauren to play with them is hilarious.

SOD was pretty critical of the whole thing, however  it remains one of Y&R most memorable and beloved  climaxes .

Plus you can tell how much the cast was having fun, one of those rare instances everyone in GC got to be the together on screen.

Same. Always liked her. How is her health?

Good because I was forced to watch "DAYS"

Unrelated, I'm actually liking single dad Rafe.

Rafe works best in this role, with a snarky attitude and as a cop.

Anywho ...

I'd take it all day every day over what we get now. LOL

You're welcome @YRBB

What is missing? Do you know? There were so many commercials in today's episode.

LOL a 2014 B&B ep feels like a regular 2020 episode storyline wise.

BTW at the end of the show we got the classic Columbia pictures logo and not the Sony one the Canadian feed got...

I enjoyed the ball itself and all of the interactions. Like you said, they were all having a great time, and the banter here and there added dimension to the characters' relationships. They wrote and produced this as a ball where David plans to kill people. Today, or in the last 20 years, it would have been David planning to kill people at a ball. It would have been a day or two, and the fun conversations with everyone else would have been cut out or replaced with filler filler filler scenes of David staring at people through crosshairs.

#5939 could be where Phyllis crashes Paul and Christine's honeymoon.

This masquerade episode is wild. Not a dud in the entire lineup of characters, classic characters all in the middle of classic storylines. Usually in an old episode you can say "oh who is that? Where'd they go?" but this is nothing but superstars.

Speaking of...where was Nikki during this?
