Suddenly, Michael Keaton-as-Batman doesn't seem so awful.

He's the best, to me.

He's a better actor than Twilight suggests and very good looking.

Also, looking forward to seeing him jacked.

I like him, and he’s made a lot of interesting, non-commercial career choices in recent years (Good Time, the Cronenberg stuff), but I just can’t get excited about an actor cashing in to play the umpteenth Batman. Good for him and his bank account, I suppose.

And given how often these roles turn over these days, he probably won’t be playing him for long.

I'm going to give him a chance.  Funny thing is he's currently filming a movie that Christopher Nolan is directing.  Just looking at his IMDB, it looks like he hasn't done a big movie since the last Twilight movie, choosing to do smaller non-tentpole films.

^Ben Affleck was and still is awful as Batman though. No charisma or appeal at all.

I welcome Pattinson over him. He was great in Good Time.
