June 28, 20187 yr Member Ah, figures. So weird how the “Comings and Goings” aspect of this section had been so quiet for MONTHS, but in the past couple of weeks, the floodgates opened.
June 28, 20187 yr Member I'd accept a recast. CL isn't a good vixen and I don't believe this was her doing. I think FireFrank influences "their" decisions.
June 28, 20187 yr Member i don't blame her. She went from a 3d character to a 1d character really fast. She's probably bored out of her mind.
June 29, 20187 yr Member Chloe Lanier is a very good young actress, but the role of Nelle was not a good one. The character wasn't written in the proper "love-to-hate" mold, in my opinion, until it was too late. By the time TPTB made up their minds on what the character was supposed to be, the viewers didn't love to hate the character, they just hated it. Chloe Lanier will excel if she is handed the right material some day. All success to her.

Interference to the writing team by TIIC aka ValenVarni in every story.

We are headed into the July production recesses for many of the soaps which is why this news gets generated at this time of year. Unlike the old days when summer meant new stories and new sets, newer production schedules have most of the soaps go dark for July and most of August.
