ATWT - there was a period where everything was Molly.  When she left I don’t remember much mention of her afterward.  Did she return at one point?

Nathan Horton on DAYS.  I liked the actor okay, even enjoyed Melanie then too.

 

Rose and Joe Kelly- GH.  What fan of the show from let’s say 1985 on would even know about them.  And yet, he was involved with Heather, with Anne.  Was a cop.  And Rose ran Kelly’s before Ruby did.

Lucy Cooper on Guiding Light.  I don't remember if Buzz, Frank, or anyone mentioned her after she was gone.  She was pretty front burner for like 3 or 4 years...

I didn’t watch the show back then, but I remember lots of people hated her, and the Coopers for taking over the show.  Was she the first bland female star pushed by JFP?

No, after Kay's replacement was shown the door, Molly was rarely mentioned. (I think that was 2004)

 

Kay did return in Nov '09 (after Jack shot Brad and left town, he encountered former residents Ben, Mike and Molly as he searched for Simon) for the last 10 months of the show.

She was pretty bland.  I liked alot of the storylines but the actress was eh to me.  I think the thought was that since Ehlers/Harley left they needed another female daughter for Buzz and sister for Frank on the show.  But she was no Harley (I was a Harley fan).

OK - I thought I remembered her returning but wasn't DVRing for alot of that time.  I started tuning in for the very end and I don't remember her being on.  Back in her first reign I just remember (and maybe I'm overdoing my memories) but it seemed she was always on, and it was one of those deals where if she wasn't in a scene, whoever other character was talking about her. 

Did Harley and Lucy ever interact? I thought there might have been overlap before Harley left with Mallet. No one ever thought to bring Lucy back after she was gone, even to play sibling rivalry with Harley, and good riddance. But it was just so obvious that she was just a stand-in daughter for Buzz. She had that obnoxious baby voice, and of course, I was pissed that TPTB decided to play Lucy/Alan-Michael instead of Gilly/Alan-Michael.

 

I loathed Sonia Satra on GL, but I was surprised at how little I minded her on OLTL as crazy Barbara. Another bland actress who benefited from playing a psycho.

They did not interact before Harley left in 93 but when she vistied in Jan 97 Buzz  introduced his two daughters too each other. Their interaction was brief.
