Nope Chris Van Etten promotion to HWer is making GH awesome. Its like watching a thrill ride. The patient 6 story is a huge umbrella i am on edge of my seat.

 

All i know is Pristina has a huge fanbase especially from LGBT. Only reason they went offscreen is Lexi is doing primetime.

I will say Ashley Jones sold Parker/Kristina way better than Lexi did, especially the kissing. I've always liked AJ, so I wouldn't mind seeing her again, but they did nothing to cement her as her own character unfortunately.

 

I'm enjoying Ava/Griffin.

 

I'll confess I like seeing Steve back.  It's basically nostalgia, since I spent so many years watching Jason and bitching about him. Not looking forward to the Jason never loses show again though.

I can begrudgingly agree on the nostalgia of having Steve back.

 

 

Having Steve back has been awesome. I will say i liked Steve on YR he won the emmy. His home was always GH. The story has been very good as Shelly/Chris are penning a thrill ride.

I agree as well that having Steve back makes me realize that when he was gone the show felt like it was missing something

Slick u cant even appreciate a soap that takes u on a thrill ride. Its amazing how well Shelly and Chris are doing. Literally i feel like i am watching the bourne identity

So I read there's a new actor on the show and his name is Chris Van Etten, yet that's the name of the Co HW, so what's the deal? LOL

I read the article about the actor on Michael Fairman's site, and it is a coinkydink that Chris Van Etten the actor and Chris Van Etten the co-headwriter, share the same names.  Apparently, Van Etten the actor was a marine in real-life who had his legs blown off in Afghanistan, got prosthetic legs fitted on him, and then, this brave man turned to exercise to help deal with all that happened to him.  Apparently, somehow, this led to Van Etten the actor becoming a successful underwear model for Jockey.  If the pattern of Mr. Valentini's past methods of introducing new male actors to the canvas is consistent here, there is a pretty good chance that we will be meeting Van Etten the actor, as Chet, Amy's brother, in a shirtless scene.

So, once a month Andre is behind Dr. Klein and Jason being kept in a Russian hospital?   Seriously. He is the worst developed character on the canvas. He's been so back burnered the flame was out.  Stupid.

 

 

Yeah, this show is a real thrill ride.

This was like making Paul Hornsby the Hospital Serial Killer, out of nowhere, or making Burt Ramsey a corrupt cop, all of a sudden, way back in 1987.  Goodbye Anthony Montgomery..  You  and your character had such potential and they couldn't find anything better for you to do.  I hope this charismatic actor finds much better out there.

Another actor sacrificed at the altar of a ValenVarni favorite. In order to make Anna/Finn work, her time with Andre has to be wrecked. I liked Easton well enough on OLTL, but I'm really tired of FV working so hard to make him work on GH.

Yes and Mission Impossible! But everyday! Chris and Shelly are so energetic being able to write such thrilling material on a daily basis.

I tolerated him on OLTL. Easton isn't the best actor but I don't hate him. What turns me off is Frank so desperately trying to make him work.

 

Really disappointed they trashed Andre and his relationship with Anna.
