I downloaded the CBS app, today's episode was my first in months.  When did Steffy and Ivy get all buddy-buddy?  I assume this was to drive focus to the new Steffy-Sally revivalry.

What have they said about the REAL Sally?  Is she still globetrotting or has she passed away?

last month when Ivy helped plan her wedding. She brought the idea to Liam to have it in Australia and was worried that Steffy wouldnt recieve it well coming from her. Since it was plot mandated that they be there for the 30th anniversary Steffy let bygones be bygones and Ivy became the official Aussie tour guide/wedding planner

And RJ 'teaching' an intern like Coco? Seriously, the kid has been at FC like two days longer than her. I guess we're supposed to forget he's been away at school since he was a child. If they were going to do this story right - I know a stretch - they should've aged RJ to 18/19 and had him at boarding school in Paris working at FC International. It actually would've been more interesting if Zende was CoCo's mentor - and not necessarily to create a triangle, but to give the character more to do. I'm honestly shocked that Nende are still on canvas.

PD would've been perfect as a Sally1 recast and would've done DC and the role justice. I'm still floored she turned 69(!) this week. Shirley is turning out to be quite mean aka her comment to Sally2 about nobody wanting her, including her parents.

I would have liked it if Zende was Coco's mentor, because Zende's adoptive father Tony worked at Spectra. Of course at times like this I miss Thorne, he wouldn't instantly hate Coco due to her family, as that would make zero sense.

I didn't know that Tony worked there - that's perfect. Instead of Saul2 and the highly offensive portrayal of Darlita, it would've been better to move Sasha, Zende and/or Ivy to Spectra (or how about Vivienne as the seamstress cutter). Instead, they brought FIVE unknown characters to the canvas to relaunch a long-dormant company. Like we should care? While PD and CH have been solid additions to the cast, the other three are a complete waste.

The Thomas/Sally pairing is so forced. Thomas already loves her.....LOL   And apparently he went to NY offscreen and Caroline rejected him.....this story is bad. Another doozy from Bradley Bell.

    • Agreed! I normally don't rate Amanda Setton that highly as an actress, but she knocked those scenes out of the park. Between this and the Michael storyline, I think we're in for a week of juicy drama. I heard everyone talking about how dull Rory Gibson was on Y&R, but I thought he was pretty good today playing a steelier version of Michael. And I loved Wiley's little "Bye mommy!" moment. The writers clearly know how much most of us hate Willow if they're tossing out little nuggets of schadenfreude like that one.
    • Slower day, but not bad. I thought Tomas was at his personal best today, flirting with Kat at Uptown.  Hayley is pregnant!  Oh boy... Samantha felt more like the babysitter today vs. the young sister. I'm ready to meet Sharon. I want a strong dynamic so it's not a repeat of what we just saw with Tracy's reunion.
    • They've been on same day for three episodes, which is a good thing because the days flowed weird to me before.
    • I see both Lois and BLQs sides re Gio BLQ wanted her son to be happy. Lois wanted to make sure it happened, so she gave him to family. Selfish?  Yes, but I get it Gio was raised by a loving mother and extended family. Lois followed BLQ wishes Great acting by AS & RS

date: Tuesday, May 27 | Christopher Dunn, Lynn Martin | Steven Williford I feel bad for Chelsea; she's exploring her feelings, and they're getting [unintentionally] hurt. But I love the support that Katherine has for her cousin. Bradley, you deserve one hundred times better than Deadbeat. So much more. Anita essentially tossing Tracy out... whew. She's done. DONE. Ouch... Chelsea hit the nerve with Katherine. How interesting... I feel like Tracy is becoming the mirror Anita has been avoiding while being a Dupree. What are these top secret things she's harbouring? I really hope Jessica's interest in Tyrell is genuine, because if it isn't, it might just destroy him. Back alley meetings? Your family? As if Bradley is not part of your family... Deadbeat, sit your ass down. Hey, Childbride, lower your damn voice. You're in the country club, not the country field where your ass belongs. And oh God, she's knocked up. Whew... here we go! Dante Greene, what control did this man have? But I appreciate that Anita and Tracy are uniting together; I pray that Sharon joins them soon. I love how easy Katherine and Tomas are with each other; it's smooth, it's natural and it's blooming in all the right ways. Hayley is about to battle the Dupree women for all she's worth. I am calling it right now. The unwavering support Vernon continues to provide to Anita is paramount; I adore them as the couple they are. Notes: Mike Manning (Bradley) continues to show up time and time again in scenes with Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat), who brings nothing to the table. There is an extreme lack of romantic chemistry between them. I'm wondering how different Dante Greene is going to be in comparison to Berry Gordy Jnr; we know the true history of Diana Ross and the Supremes, but how different will it be with Anita Williams and the Articulettes?
    • This episode is beyond excellent Could have waited on tge Trina Kai scenes  but regardless  great soap
    • Haha same! I didn't like her in the beginning, but over time, I've really grown to love to hate her as a villain.  I can't wait to listen to today's new episode later tonight! I've been waiting for the mom and dad (Crystal/Vincent) to have an interaction, so I'm happy to hear it's today.
    • I've always really been enjoying the show. It's very well produced and has so many soap stars in it. I was just listening to ep 7 on YoutTube and can say I'm hooked. There was an intense scene with Crystal Chappell and Vincent Irizarry about halfway through that was GOOD! Is it bad I kind of like Mina? I know she's supposed to be the main villian
    • This isn't a bad episode, but I'm finding myself not as engaged. Must be the lack of Eva and Leslie. No Nicole, Dani.
    • Yes!! I didn't realize it before, and had a busy weekend, so wasn't here much

Wow, what happened to AMC this week? Crashing from 8.4 to 6.6.. I mean, I know they used to go up and down much more than they do today, but this seems like a harsh drop (from 7th to 13th). And nice to see Y&R's first weeks
