My guess is his bulge is huge.  Frank is infatuated with ME and he will keep that man employed forever if he can!  Silas was an epic fail, so when ratings tanked, Frank took the opportunity to gain favor with viewers and lose a pet.  Now, with a renewed contract, Frank can pull his old tricks again.

Stafford clarified that they do like one another, but I'm not sure I believe that. Why wouldn't you even rehearse lines with your costar? Seems like he has more beef with her than she with him. 

I couldn't care less how they get along, I just wish their characters would leave. If anything it's a battle of egos...
