Gotta agree with you, Q!  The eppy was embarrassingly bad.  Laughable for 2 people with such experience, altho I'm not sure how much blame I want to rest on Jelly with ValenVarni's constant interference!  

 

I only enjoyed seeing Shawn, and would love it if they finally kill Helena off.  She's a lazy person's villain.  She's a clown and I'm tired of seeing her used to explain away stupid chit.  

 

Griller Miller continues to be a farce.  

I've been saying that for years. I wish they would kill her off. Everything about her is cartoonish and reminds me of Passions.

Richard Burgi and Maura West have chemistry but chemistry does not make a great romance. I am tired of these random scenes where they argue, she mopes and then they start making out.

 

Burgi's Hornsby is basically another Legion of Doom supervillain now and Ava is a vicious, self-obsessed mob queen. Linda Gottlieb, Michael Malone and Josh Griffith did this kind of couple right on OLTL back in the day with Carlo Hesser and Alex - they knew those characters from the criminal underworld were sick, twisted, kinky people but they both were powerful enough that the town couldn't touch them (for awhile). I can watch Burgi and West scheme and !@#$%^&*] but I'm not here to watch them cry and get tender and [!@#$%^&*]. It doesn't work. Go big or go home.

Tonja Walker was very good at dark camp (although the show soon turned her into a bad comedy figure). Maura West would have been better at a more serious noir type of material. The show never really bothered.

Rao didnt want to be Head Writer said he couldnt handle that but would be open to being a script writer

Helena is always good for shading the f--k out of Liz. LOL at watching her squirm. She also got in some good zingers at Sam. I had to roll my eyes at the curse though. In 2015, we are really still doing that?

 

Sri doesn't have enough head writing experience. Maybe Jean will hire him as a script writer. He can be mentored by Jean she knows the rigors of head writing. Remember Hogan Sheffer said Carolyn Culliton taught him alot about soaps and structure. Jean is a mentor to anyone in this biz she's done it now for close to 25 years

Unfortunately, she was let go as his co head writer and stuck with awful Jean….which taught him the total opposite…the awful writing of soaps…then after she totally torpedoed his writing….she became HW of ATWT…..

I can't with Epiphany as the drill sergeant for Sonny; so friggin cliche.  Last week she was the mamma of all the wedding chickadees....just so lame.  It's amazing that in the 21st century we still have only Mamie portrayals ala from Gone with the Wind!  jeez.

It's insulting, and the moment that piece of garbage can walk, Piph will disappear again.  Of course, Scummy stans believe the scenes are gut wrenching and award willing.  Idiots!  

Who do they think they are fooling with that rug on BC's head?  I've had a receding hairline since I was 17, and never for once considered a rug.
