Tammy Sue? I cant stand that bum bitch! I love Kate shutting her down as the irrelevant gnat that she is

Im liking Teresa and Paul so far. Poor girl though bc that kiss between he and Sonny was hot. She and Anne are cute together. Love their friendship

And yes to all that said Sonny should dump Will's worthless ass.

Do Abby and Abs do anything besides have sex?

Thats way too soon. They need to build up to that moment and that means a few months of it being kept a secret

Just a few thoughts on the short Thanksgiving week!

1) I love Eric's apartment! I love that set (Lucas' old apartment set I believe, right?)

2) I also could really enjoy a good Kirikias vs. DiMera feud featuring Sonny vs. Chad and having Club TBD in the mix and Will thrown in the middle.

3) As for Melanie's return... I'm actually surprised that I've enjoyed seeing her more than I thought I would. Molly looks great and as long as they don't use her as a constant Danifer prop I could really enjoy her return. Her acting greatly improved the last couple years she was on the show and she is a stronger actress now - Just, as long as they keep her primary scenes with Abby/Ben/Chad and others her own age and not as another "But you know that you really love Jennifer" character.. then I'm all for her!

4) Speaking of Jennifer - I think it's funny ( and maybe an inside joke) that the writers had her mention a line about "the road to Demascaus."

5) Paul Norita/Sonny kiss.. It's about time that this storyline kicked into action! Goodbye Desperate Househousehusbands and let's bring on the soap opera!.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!! I'm super thankful for all of you here on the boards to keep up with the latest soap news and to share our thoughts, opinions, and soap opera love!!

Theresa needs to slow down, even if Paul was straight, she's moving far too fast. That said, when she does find out the truth, the odds of her outing Paul out of anger are fairly high.

LOL at Chad implying that he's got sizable equipment. He pushes Ben's buttons so hard and Ben takes the bait.

I like Melanie so far.

LOL, right? He's kinda derp. I dunno, he just looks like he should be pumping somebody's gas somewhere.

I loved that look Kayla shot Paul yesterday and I felt kind of let down that they didn't go further with it today. But that knowing look of a mother's instinct on her face was great, like this dude is bad news. I really hope they go with the bisexual route and not just a gay guy trying his darnedest to be straight.

It can be complex but sadly we all know it'd end up with the guy sticking with a woman or "really being straight after all". Soaps should be so much more progressive than they are. Unfortunately you get the stans who want everything to be the way it used to be (and they're often the ones who want change yet bitch when it happens. AMC and OLTL on the net had such potential, but it "wasn't the same". Um yeah, that was the point), yet primetime shows are getting away with so much more and soaps feel stuck in the past. Honestly, we're "lucky" to get the amount of gay characters we have.

    • This better be something, because as I said, so far it's just cliches and stereotypes -- the story we've heard a thousand times about the homeless person who doesn't want a home and prefers to live on the streets.
    • @rsclassicfanforever thank you very much for the recent uploads of season 13 containing some episodes that were skipped or glitchy on YouTube!  I had a look at 3172 though and there is no audio for most of it? Would you have a copy with complete audio? Fingers crossed! Thanks again!

    • I like Margaret well enough in what I've seen of her as Paige - she is green but she has real star power.  I agree about the actor who plays Brian. He's...mostly just there. Not bad but not great.  My main issue is with the guy who plays Owen. He's just not appealing to me. I can believe Nola being obsessed with him, but he's draining to watch.  I'm surprised people objected to the quasi-incest elements as it wasn't anything that new for soaps.  Speaking of Kim, here's a rare episode of an anthology show she did called The Evil Touch.

    •   I get what you're both saying, and I think the show was lucky to have even made it that long, but I think they could have still maintained a certain audience - Second Chances did before the earthquake. CBS was an older network anyway. I think the premise of Knots was still usable, it was more the characters who were a problem - many of the older figures were played out. If the show had done a better job building up its younger cast instead of making so many poor choices in the late '80s and early '90s, they could have kept things going a little longer.
    • I wish I cared about the homeless lady as much as everyone else seems to. After the nothing burger that was the lawsuit, this just feels like another boring Naomi storyline at Orphy Genes since she has no office.
    • That's great to hear. Thanks. I wish that was more readily available.
    • Just learned that Clifton Davis wrote this song!  I had no idea.

    • I think even if Marland had wanted to write more for Sara/Adam, his hands would have been tied as Robert Milli was one of the actors dumped by P&G due to his age.  From the bits and pieces I've seen of that period, Sara does have a key role in the Carrie plot, and Marland briefly gave her son Tim a more important part. I'm not sure if they just gave up on Tim once Kevin Bacon left or if they never really cared. I did not even know for many years that there was an actor in the part after Kevin...and then not one, but two. The Spauldingfield video on Tim doesn't even show the last actor (Nigel Reed), which kind of says it all. Anyway, I do get the sense Marland has some use for Sara, or for Millette. It's only after he goes that she is dumped. Of course he didn't ever hire her for his other shows, so maybe I'm wrong. (then again he never hired Geraldine Court either and he seemed very fond of her) Ann is an odd character to me as she is a proto-Lillian in being defined by pining for a Bauer brother and being involved in the death of one of their wives. I do wonder what else they could have done with her. She was friends with Diane, wasn't she? They could have had Diane manipulate her against Mike, I suppose.
    • Yassss....come on Maurice and Brandon...give us nothing!!! Wow, their need to develop their craft shone like a blinding light this episode. Brandon in his Martin and Smitty scenes sounded like he was reading and the facial expressions were giving Disney Channel. He did much better against Maurice in the Martin v Ted scenes. Now, Teddd-dyy (Dana's voice) was just flat. I watched the episode just now after reading the comment on here that Maurice needs to stop swaying, and now I can't unsee it. Has it really been this bad all along?  Ambyr carries. I don't need to say anymore. I am kind of excited to see this Kat/Tomas/Eva stuff play out.  Bill is such a dick to Dani. Like that's the mother of your children that you cheated on with your daughter's best friend but you look to take those low blows. Lord! When he said that thing about it being obvious he didn't care about Dani anymore since he was the one that walked out...that was cold. I even felt for Dani. Bill definitely is all over the spectrum. You can see a villain possibly surfacing, but you also see this great father. The elder Duprees move a little funny. I'm wondering what that is all about. Are they just overly protective matriarch and patriarch because they think it's what's best for their family, or are they afraid their secrets will come out or there's something more sinister there. Why would Vernon want to keep that information from Martin?  I hope something interesting comes out of this June stuff, but as of right now, I'm not too invested. It's not helping my interest on Naomi or Jacob either. However, tge actress playing Naomi has comes a long way from day one.
