I hate the way AJ was thrown under the bus overnight, then ignored, then killed [again], but I do appreciate the relationship that developed between AJ and Michael. It was really a bright spot.

Amen. I hope Jason's little remark the other day "I hate hospitals..." was a bit of a foreshadow. Plus if they're going to give him and Liz a go, it would make sense if they work at the same place. And let's be honest, for a show with the hospital in the title, there are next to no characters actually working there.

I agree. The hospital line stood out to me as well. I can see Ron being the writer to make Jason a Quartermaine again. I just hope WE NEVER EVER EVER see Burton vs. Miller as dueling Jason's.

Agreed about no one working at the hospital. Although it seems to come and go. Lately it seems like we're seeing a lot of the place and people actually there, but it's just simply for plot movement.

I like the chemistry and the scenes between Herbst and Miller. It's surprised me. Even though Liz has come off as thirsty for a ride. I think Herbst tries to play Liz as bubbly and sweet and over-eager to make anyone happy but it comes off as Liz all thirsty for a man.

I don't count the recurring people, they're hardly driving story. Plus you named an exiting character too lol.

I'm hoping that Michael realizes [MONTHS from now] that this could not have been an easy thing for Carly to tell him. I hope he forgives her after Carly realizes that little greasy black hole has cost her too much!

Nope, Carly is just as bad as Sonny, she's brought as much pain into Michael's life as Scummy has. It wasn't an easy thing but Carly didn't give it a second thought all that went through her pea brain was "How will this affect Sonny" Her kids are an after thought to Sonny

still that's a far cry from saying "next to no characters working there". Who cares if they are recurring? This show more than others seem to be very fluid with its cast, making heavy use of some recurring characters while barely using contract ones

There are more people working at the hospital. It's just that most of them are either useless or overexposed (OBRECHT).

For the first time, I'm actually going to watch this episode again on Hulu tonight (only the wedding though).

She's in her 60s. Maybe she enjoys being retired? Most people that have worked consistently for 30-40 years dont want to be working a 9-5 at that age. Lesley and Gail? They are even older than Bobbie.

Could "we" have been wrong about Kiki being Nina's? Shouldn't Silas have known that Ava's never given birth? I was so sure, but things aren't adding up.

I dont see what Obrecht or Lucas have to do with Bobbie or Monica. Okay, Lucas works there and Obrecht is taken out. Still doesnt change the fact that Bobbie who's worked consistently for 30+ years may rather be retired than still working at that hospital

how would he know? He didnt even know of Kiki's existence unti a year or so ago. Its not like he's given her some thorough examination that he'd pick up on that.
