I'm not really hopeful either. I suppose they'll be fighting over Austen and Sharon/Phyllis. I thought it was kind of sweet when Summer was sleeping on Mariah's shoulder though. Plus, I don't want Summer to have the same cold hearted personality that Abby has.

I'm also sorry that the Sharon/Summer relationship is about to go to hell.

I hate it too. A sensible writer would have Summer mad at Sharon for at least a 2-3 month arc and forgive her [b/c Sharon was mentally ill], but I doubt it. Summer [alongside Victor and other Newmans] will lead the witch hunt against Sharon.

There is no way that Sharon doesn't get the rap and the heat to go along with this paternity switch story. However, I do feel that if Phyllis/Jack is the intention for a long term pairing then it makes more sense to tie them together with Summer. I always thought that Jack would be her father in the end anyway. But MAB just couldn't tell MS no when it came to being paired with JM. I still regret that the pairing lasted so long and changed the dynamics of the show the way that it did.

Summer should be Jack's. End of. Nick should have never been made her father and, now that it was changed, they should just leave it thefuck alone.

Besides the big yell when she woke up...LOL...she is playing Phyliss more subtle...I loved the previews for tomorrows show with Sharon saying how do I look..and then GT saying fabulous...or something like that.

With GT as Phyllis, no way it works with Aunt Jack. The Summer switch (and fortunately we knew it was a false switch from basically the beginning) will hopefully payoff. I do hate that Sharon is going to be pinned under this - potentially so many steps backwards after getting Sharon back to more of the character she was meant to be rather than the mess the writers of the past decade made her. Perhaps, we'll be surprised and she will emerge stronger by accepting responsibility for her actions and trying to make things right. If she gets all defensive and tries to cover it up or blame someone else, it won't work.

Someone somewhere thinks Jack is a stud. He and Kelly are constantly sexing it up. If they want Jack and Phyllis, we will get Jack and Phyllis.

I think the hair stylists made a big mistake by not making GT's hair a bright red like MS. So far, that's the only thing I can complain about of the recast. I'm liking GT much more than when she was on OLTL.

If I remember correctly GT said she is going mire red.

Wasn't Stafford's hair pretty dark much of her last year on the show?

Jack still refers to her as "Red" and even named the fragrance "Scarlet", so one would think they'd follow suit. The color GT has is quite drab.
