May 8, 201411 yr Member I am sure there are several actors on the show who would love to play a character with Jack's problem. sure. a paycheck is a paycheck.
May 8, 201411 yr Member im pulling and im not kidding, liz kiefer, Kelly Hensley, Jamie luner, beth ehlers and Sandra ferguson!!
May 8, 201411 yr Member im not even kidding but, I can see Jennifer bransford in this role!! I think she would shine!
May 8, 201411 yr Member This is stupid. Don't recast her at all much less with an actress younger than the actress who plays Phyllis younger sister who is 43 btw.
May 8, 201411 yr Member They could always forget the age thing and rehire Brenda Dickson to play Phyllis.... They could always use mother:
May 8, 201411 yr Member Fine, then, how about Charlotte Rae? You think she'd be up for the job? If only she were alive and MAB was still in power....
May 8, 201411 yr Member Am I crazy for thinking that Charlotte Ross would work as Phyllis? I know she's busy doing other work, but she has a perfect balance of vulnerability and bitchiness.
May 8, 201411 yr Member sure. a paycheck is a paycheck. No. I mean Jack is a true lead character who is rarely without story or airtime. Forgive me if I don't see him losing to Victor as an issue.
May 8, 201411 yr Member LOL I completely thought this was about Kelly again. I'm not shocked Phelps wants younger.
May 8, 201411 yr Member No! She might have made a good Kelly but not Phyllis! I don't care what age the call is going for, it's inappropriate. I will never accept this! Robin Christopher is the obvious choice here. She's the right age, has sex appeal, great chem with everyone and can do no wrong! I don't like Robin Christopher. Never have. Starting from when she played Lorna on AW.
May 8, 201411 yr Author Member I don't like Robin Christopher. Never have. Starting from when she played Lorna on AW. Terrible way to start the morning, but I'll give you some time to rethink this.
May 8, 201411 yr Member I like the suggestion of Liz Kiefer, but I'm sure they would think she's too old. Still, she had that wild eyed desperation that Phyllis gets sometimes. I wouldn't claim she's the absolute best choice, but I bet she's a better choice than what we get in the end.
