I don't know why they'd even consider bringing him on for even just one show. But it shouldn't surprise me, given their casting choices.

Maybe she was better on another soap. But on OLTL, I think she was so horrific that her Tina was worse than no Tina. She ruined the character for me, and Tina is one of my favorite soap characters ever! I watched GL, but not full time, so I missed her run there. Maybe she was a lot better on that or another soap. To each their own!

I certainly agree that TIIC would never ever hire someone with charisma and screen presence. Even Donna Mills is lost.
