May 9, 201412 yr Member Wow! Dr. O. was amazing. Great start for the NB. The red carpet is ridiculous but they called Nurse Bobbie Spencer a legend. If the show would only threat her like that.....
May 9, 201412 yr Member They called Bobbie a legend TWICE which was nice but it begs the question....why do we only see her once a month??

May 9, 201412 yr Member They called Bobbie a legend TWICE which was nice but it begs the question....why do we only see her once a month?? Because, any more than that, and all that plastic and botox will melt under the hot lights. (Relax, Vix, I'm kidding, and you know I love you.)
May 9, 201412 yr Member I will always root for Britt because she spent her first year forced into being the stepsister to that whiny brat Sabrina's Cinderella. Goddamn, someone please give Rebecca Herbst and Finola Hughes a sandwich apiece! It's truly frightening how skeletal they both are. Can these three kids please disappear without a trace? This Nurses' Ball already sucks more than last year's and that one was the worst ever.
May 9, 201412 yr Member That "Welcome to the Nurse's Ball" song sounded like it was written by Molly and TJ. Horrible.
May 9, 201412 yr Member That's the point. Lucas/Felix = Sh!t. And I think the whole point of Bruce Jenner is to be as horrible as possible so Driftwood looks good by comparison. I've never understood the concept of using one character as a whipping boy/girl so that another character looks good. If a certain character is suitably written then there would be no need for another one to be made to look bad to help them out. Furthermore, Nathan already looked good (in more ways than one). Most people instantly accepted him and was clamoring for him to hook up with Maxie from the very beginning.
May 9, 201412 yr Member That "Welcome to the Nurse's Ball" song sounded like it was written by Molly and TJ. Horrible. I was glad when Obrecht crashed that sh-t.
May 9, 201412 yr Member Britt and Brad rewinding and laughing at Sam was great. Much better than Sam's actual 'fall'. Kelly Monaco is so bad. She can't even fall well and act embarassed.
May 9, 201412 yr Member I still cannot believe I watched an eight-year-old (he is eight, right?) plot the murder of another boy who is his "romantic rival" for some girl's affections. Is that supposed to be comedic or something?
May 9, 201412 yr Author Member My reaction to the start of the episode: What the f.uck?!? Pretty much the rest of the episode, too, although I do think they did a relatively good job, production wise. Liz did not look good at all. And HOW INCREDIBLY DISTURBING that Spencer is drawing the death of his cousin and they're treating it as some kind of lighthearted comedy. Does Ron not know what a sign of trouble that is? I guess not. He probably does it too. What a creep Levi is! He literally makes my skin crawl: "It's for your own good." OMG GAH Where's sexy muffin Nathan to punch his face off? He and Maxie are sort of nice together. Britt and Felix laughing at Sam's fall felt like an authentic, real person moment. Shocker. Jordan was actually not dressed horribly (although her dress reminds of a nightgown ). That hair and makeup, though. Was Olivia really going to make a scene during the event hosted in her own hotel? What a dumb ho! I liked the bottom half of her dress, though. I'm sorry, but why is Anna going to the Ball with Duke when just a couple of days ago they were discussing how they don't want people to know they're together? Or did I dream that? OMG there was NO reason for that standing ovation. At all. Relax, bitches. But LOL at Lucy already having two outfits. There goes GH's budget for the rest of the year! Kevin is a gorgeous man. Damn. I wish my husband looks that good at that age. I laughed so hard when O said "I'm the Chief of Staff and I should be in the ball, no? JAAAAAAAAA!" I cannot believe they had people not applaud at all. In what universe would rich folk in a televised event not clap after a performance, even if it was horrible? I liked the idea of doing that title card for commercials at the end of the episode.
May 9, 201412 yr Member Wow, Spencer is going to be quite the disturbed individual when he gets older
May 9, 201412 yr Author Member Wow, Spencer is going to be quite the disturbed individual when he gets older That's what I fear: That Ron isn't seeing this as "disturbed" behavior and instead finds it cute and funny. I really hope not, cos that would be genuinely sick.
