With Ryan's Hope being in New York that reference makes perfect sense, though Ava's character would to be born before or during Ryan's Hope run. Did all that's going on just fall out of the sky or were they planned stories? How do you murder a main character, charge another main character with the crime, suspend the story for 6 weeks and explain it away that there's no time right now, but...it's sorta kinda realistic?!
