B&B - April 2013 - Discussion Thread

Please. She spoke out in the past saying the same things whenever the Deacon/Oliver/Nick dramas came about. However, I can't understand HOW it is possible that this is the storyline that convinced her to stay on the show. At least she's front and center and driving story I guess.

Its disgusting, scandalous and downright revolting.....but I absolutely love it. Soaps need stories like this that insight such an intense reaction from the viewer. The fallout has potential to be huge. We haven't had a good scandal in a while and no one does em like Brooke. I may hate her and Bill, but they have me tuned in bc this is interesting

I really wish Ronn Moss would make a guest appearance as Ridge. He doesn't need to stay but return for a few episodes so we can have Ridge's reaction to all this and the damage the potential scandal will cause FC. He also needs to react to Taylor and Eric together

Oh, it is definitely great drama! This is what a soap should be, scandal and conflict along with a sweet love story to balance it in the from of Maya and Rick. B&B is on fire and I cannot wait to see what happens next although I am afraid of being let down. I want to Katie going after Bill's money and share of Forrester Creations in a scandalous nasty divorce. It is exactly what Katie needs to makes her character stronger.

Ridge returning permanently in the form of Ron Moss to get romantically involved with Katie is exactly what this show needs, but I will settle for Katie having a passionate affair with Carter and rubbing it in Bill's face.

Please? This explains why you don't understand. I can't you believe her fake protestations. Brooke's scandalous affairs make her the show leading lady for years, even more so now that Susan is gone. KKL is on the moon, but she is just pushing back against the fan backlash. People have got to stop believing the PR rubbish that these actors spew.

I don't think I could ever see Ridge with Katie, although that would be sweet revenge. Now Katie and Deacon? Too bad SK is over on GH. Id even take a recast. Bill already hates him and he drives Brooke crazy. I think Trevor St. John could make for a good recast.

As for the divorce, I hope its messy too and that Katie plays it up for the cameras as the poor, sick, hurt wife. I want her to not only get half of Spencer Publications, she needs to get a sizeable settlement in addition to child support for the next 17 years

Trevor St. John? Good grief, no. So he can look bored on B&B too? If Ron won't return, then Ridge needs to stay in Europe. He might not be able to act for his life, but he is Ridge. This is an opportunity for Brad to find someone interesting. I love Hunt Block so I would die if he was hired as a new character to romance Katie. However, I actually think that Grant Aleksander would be perfect. Dan Gauthier would be on my list as well.

One thing about this Katie/Bill/Brooke story; As queen of all, KKL might get the only age appropriate leading man, but Heather Tom has been killing it so I see another Emmy coming her way. I cannot help thinking other than indulging KKL's ego, that this is the real underlying reason for this story.

Hours later and I am still blinded by the sunlight and the glistening rolling around. That dreamy slo-mo effect made the whole thing extremely funny--along with the close-ups of Bill's wrinkly hairy hand and Brooke's wrinkly skin around her eyes. Lust is just.......unconditional.....

This made me laugh, but it is actually quite pathetic. This story has done KKL no favors. She is an attractive and sexy for a woman her age, but those close ups show the bad cosmetic surgery and wrinkling skin. Same with DD. He used to use botox on Y&R and he still might, but those forehead creases are here to stay. Next to HT, he still looks vibrant, but next to KKL, it is competition for who has the most wrinkles. HD is a bitch.

LMAO! Brooke lying in bed with Bill all greased up talking about how happy she is. Sex? Fine! But how in the sam hell is she so happy when her sister stormed out not 30 minutes ago?! OMG!

A montage narrated by Bill on the wonderfulness of how giving Brooke is? This just gets better and better! The music they made love to? Really? You would think they are separated lovers who are supposed to be together. Again, Katie stormed out only 30 minutes ago! I wish someone from the news had come to inform Brooke to see if she knew her sister was in the hospital only to have Bill walk out half naked. That would have been perfect. As is stands, I easily see Katie being in the way of the star crossed slugs, Brooke and Bill!

No Caroline didn't give this man $10k before he delivers anything! Dumb!

Bill and Brooke have done Katie wrong, at least one of them should have went after her when she left so upset. I'm wondering if they are going to lie about what happened, under the guise of protecting Katie.

I cannot imagine them telling her now. No doubt they will lie and eventually, their secret will leak out. I think either Donna or Taylor will be the ones to find out. Either Heather overhears the true or figures it out.

OMG!!!

Brooke and Bill are SHAMELESS, TRIFLING HORNHOUNDS! They actually had sex. Unbelivable! Omg @ the way they were acting at the beginning of the episode. Disgusting! But oh so fun/scandalous/juicy. I love it.

WOW...Brooke called Bill "Stallion" again and he replied with a "Yee haw" and said she was "quite the filly" LMAO. I can't take it!

I'm sorta loving Caroline though she killed me with that pizza line too. I gotta admit this new personality does make her more interesting and Lindsey Godfrey is portraying it flawlessly. I loved Caroline's forcefulness & disgust w/Mark the porn producer. LOL.

OMG, I was going to comment on the "click" line too...lol. I love when he said Katie's "woman don't trust you and men either want to sleep with you or already have" was the line of the week. It was!
