In the 5 minutes Steve Burton has been on today, he showed more personality and likeabilty than most of his run as Jason. He even looks better. She and Billy have some good chemistry, more that he has than boring Victoria. I hope the Billy/Chelsea scenes are leading them to a closer relationship and maybe even a romance. Anything to save Billy from boring Victoria. Custody of Johnny can come into play too. I like Victoria conveniently forgot that they promised that Chelsea would be a part of Johnny's life.
