December 4, 201213 yr Member nuStarr? She wouldn't leave Scandal for this show SimplyGH was fast losing interest for months before Steve left.
December 4, 201213 yr Member File those questions away with the other unsolved mysteries of the universe. I ask these questions honestly. The only reply I got was "some people like what they like and you like what you like" more or less, which is fine, but what it is they like about what they like??? I could see people liking Sonny, I could see people liking EJ DiMera, I could see people liking Erica Kane , but I just don't see what there is to like about Jason Morgan. That doesn't mean I am saying someone should watch a show they don't enjoy, I am saying if it was Jason they were watching for then I don't know how they liked GH in the first place or why.
December 4, 201213 yr Member Wanting to know if Lo is alive is one thing. Actually doing the foot work herself? Nonsense! And yes, Cheap, it being about LR was ridiculous! So apparently now the Witches of Eastwick are going to be traipsing all over the world in order to track down their BBB (brother, boyfirend, and babydaddy) while engaging in wacky hijincks and thrilling escapades...off-screen.
December 4, 201213 yr Member In years past, whenever I watched GUIDING LIGHT, for example, I watched for the whole show and not for this-or-that actor, character, or couple. I stopped, too, not because an actor I enjoyed had left (if I had done that, I probably would've stopped watching around 1986), but because I felt TPTB no longer respected the entire team or the viewers who had years invested in them. Ergo, in a way, it makes no sense to me how others stop watching their shows just because so-and-so was dropped or chose to leave. I wouldn't say they weren't "true fans" of the show, but I'd be lying if I said the thought doesn't cross my mind. But, that being said, no one should feel obligated to keep watching and/or uploading episodes to YT just because others demand that you should. You have the right to watch (and keep watching) your shows for whichever reason you choose; and if you decide you don't want to anymore, that's your bidness and may the Lord bless you. Meanwhile, I can't with this [!@#$%^&*] about Blair, Skye and Tea teaming up to find Alcazar, Tomas, or whoever the hell he is. Don't these bitches have families, jobs or brains anymore (don't answer, it's a rhetorical question)? Edited December 4, 201213 yr by Khan
December 4, 201213 yr Member I really hope someone says a throwaway line about Skye getting Lila Rae after she left Llanview but I fear they girl is gonna be forgotten, stuck at the Q mansion wondering what happened to her mother. And when Skye does return for her, chances are, Lila Rae will be eighteen years old and pregnant with somebody's baby.
December 4, 201213 yr Member Meanwhile, I can't with this [!@#$%^&*] about Blair, Skye and Tea teaming up to find Alcazar, Tomas, or whoever the hell he is. Don't these bitches have families, jobs or brains anymore (don't answer, it's a rhetorical question)? It's not good storytelling - what's the point? And don't tell me there's a bigger plan in place months down the line. Dropping stories only to pick them up again months down the road is not good storytelling. Everyone else gets bashed for that, but with St. Ron, there's always a "bigger plan in place."
December 4, 201213 yr Member I truly don't understand this. You've got three characters who show up for a week, two of which have no history with GH and the third who's been off the show for years, talking about another character who's been off the show for years who may actually be a different character from a different show, a character that nobody from GH has ever seen or heard of and has no reason to give a damn about. But now Larry, Curly and Ho are going to take off together, leaving their children and jobs [...] in order to find the truth. A truth that even if it has some sensible resolution (which is impossible) will very likely never be addressed on screen. From a writing standpoint what does this whole story bring to the table? How does it affect the canvas? It doesn't. Moral: not everything writers pitch in meetings is good enough to be included in the script.

Oh, I know you do. I simply don't think that there will be a logical answer to that question, as I, myself, have yet to understand why a viewer who was (supposedly) watching the show since 1963 would stop watching this show because of his departure (as opposed to the scores of far more dynamic characters that have actually enhanced the canvas throughout this show's history).
December 4, 201213 yr Member The story makes zero sense but as a Skye/RC fan, I loved the scenes. She had some excellent one liners towards Blair. Helena also was funny as hell yesterday as well. Constance Towers is just perfection. She's one of those actors I could listen to read the dictionary.
December 4, 201213 yr Member Well to be fair, Tea's daughter is in college and her other baby is being raised by Sam, so... As for Blair and Skye...you got me. I don't think they plan on being gone that long, though, maybe a few weeks? Addie can look after Sam and Jack can probably handle himself. I assumed Lila Rae was going with Skye so that may have been my bad for assuming that logical conclusion.
December 4, 201213 yr Member nothing considering none of these characters are on the show, they didn't need to be written out as such. The OLTL girls could have been left in Llanview and Skye could have gone to PV as planned That's right. Now Skye is going to miss Stuart's exhibition.
December 4, 201213 yr Member Now Skye is going to miss Stuart's exhibition. Even worse, she won't be there when Marian accidentally finds the letter hidden inside one of the paintings that proves Skye is really Adam's daughter.
December 4, 201213 yr Member the writing for Skye the last 2 episodes made no sense given her history. I mean she had great lines and RC was fab but they have Skye eager to find the mob boss she helped get "killed" so he can be reunited with her daughter? WTF? Also did she really just pick up and leave without said kid? I really hope someone says a throwaway line about Skye getting Lila Rae after she left Llanview but I fear they girl is gonna be forgotten, stuck at the Q mansion wondering what happened to her mother Another thing. Are we really to believe that Skye went traveling around the world with Hillbilly, someone she despises and Tea, Tumbleweed's ally, that she barely knows. Give me a break! And to have Carly, of all people, point out that she is not going because she has a kid and a job (and she doesn't care about Lo)? Edited December 4, 201213 yr by ChitHappens

Give me a break! I love Skye, but as for calling Blair a hillbilly? Oh, it's SO on! Edited December 4, 201213 yr by MissLlanviewPA
December 4, 201213 yr Member Because Tea is dumb as a box of hair? Now, now, VH. I don't think it's as much that Tea's dumb, but more that she's insane
