No, the DAYS did it with the Salem Slasher storyline back in the early '80s. "Roman Brady" ripped off a mask to reveal himself as Andre DiMera. Ripping off the mask also made him taller and heavier!

That was the best Friday cliffhanger I've seen in a while. I can't wait to see if it is Faison or not, and to see Carly and AJ go at it. I love Monica, Tracy and Alice's involvement in this story too, its just sad Edward couldn't be involved. I actually didn't fast forward at all today, even the hearing scenes.

Faison looks like a really creepy bastard. LOL.

I've only ever seen one of the stories he was in. And, that was when Lucky "died" in the fire and Faison had him.

DAYS used to have masks galore during the Reilly era: The "dead" Peter Blake was revealed to be Daniel Scott with a mask... During the Paris storyline when the good-guy cop who was helping John was shown stealing some crown or whatever priceless piece Stefano was after, it was revealed that it was actually one of Stefano's goons while the real cop had been bound 'n gagged... Ooh, and a month or so before that, when Stefano was caught and put in jail, he lost a game of chess with a prison guard. That caused John to be suspicious so he went into the jail cell and ripped off Stefano's mask, revealing another Stefano goon.... and my least-favorite: during Reilly's 2nd era, when Sami opened the door and saw Brandon standing there. Afterward, we see Brandon takes off his mask and it was Eugenia (not only did she change gender, she changed races!)

And the biggest mask of 'em all: Sami as Stan!
