There''s no drama, and if it gets pretty close, hijinks soon follows. I wish John's ass whipping had taken place early in the eppy, but you can't have everything. I'm watching to see Jason and Johnny finally loose, couldn't care less about Sonny/nuKristina, want to see McBam, don't care for any hint of Luke/Anna (I'm a LuNatic, and it's going to stay that way), and I am cautiously optimistic about Heather. The OLTLers are being kept restricted, which is good, and the suggestions that certainly deadweights are leaving is a relief. All in all I think the show is better that it was getting, but I'm not sure I want to invest anymore. It's definitely not what GH used to be, but staying stagnant or going backwards is never a good thing IMO. Only thing I really miss is the Spencermaines like they used to be. If John wasn't from OLTL how would this be any different than a new character? How is Todd any different from one of Sonny's enemies of the week? I haven't even Starr lately and Tea was MIA for like a week. They came on here to generate story for GH characters it isn't like they are only interacting with themselves or only came on to reveal Victor Jr. Was alive like orginally thought, and I bet if/when they do decide to do that it will involve people in Port Charles in some way. I'm not saying the writing is great, because its not, and I don't even like Todd and John like that so I'm not some pressed OLTL fanboi but this isn't any different than new characters popping up. I'm sure once GH gets the cancellation notice all of them will go back to Llanview and he will focus on wrapping up GH, he put characters that weren't liked (I.e. All Cartooni has done is poorly fit GH characters into OLTL 2.0 when it should have been the other way around or not at all. No attempt was made to write for GH. I s/b over this by now, but it's simply unfair. GH's final months should not be filled with OLTL characters. I don't recall such an invasion on any canceled soap. GH fans should have GH. The OL refugees were front and center from the day they arrived. One of the worst mistakes was that Starr character being frontburnered. Now I hear her silly music career is going to take over a big chunk of GH. Not only is KA homely, she's got a spare-parts looking body and she can't act or sing, just the kind of woman the misogynists love to force on their viewers. But aside from that, now that her trial is (I guess?) over, I don't see her realistically wanting to stay in the same town where her boyfriend and daughter were killed. Too many bad memories for her. But basically...yeah, she should leave because I still like her and don't want her to sing again. I'm way too nice to be posting here sometimes .
