Members Mathewson
A lot of people think Buddy's a horrible actot, but I haven't seen anyone say he's unlikable. I agree about Stephanie Cameron. I could never stand Melissa Reeves. Stephanie was good with Jason Brooks. more uo's: I don't think Crystal Hunt was that bad as Stacy on OLTL (I hated the character though). I'd at least take her over Farah Fath or JPL. I never knew why people thought Alicia Minshew was so bad on AMC. I liked her. Maybe it helped that I wasn't a fan of SMG.
Members Cheap21
The character of Cole was very unlikeable under him. He always seem so angry and enraged which made it hard to root for him. Granted Van Hughs, didnt play him for long, but his Cole seemed alot softer and easier to take. He had a warmth which Buddy lacked and it came across onscreen Buddy was good at first but came across too hard towards the end and it didnt help that he looked so sloppy and dirty as well. It was as if he no longer cared and it affected people's enjoyment/interest in Cole. Van Hughs was refreshing when he took over
Members DeeeDee
Some of her emotional scenes could be really BAD but the chemistry she had with her co-stars made up for it.
Members VirginiaHamilton
I thought that was the popular opinion, though I'll add that it's a shame that Ron couldn't have kept Cole in a coma so that Starr could actually have angst about whether to move on or not. Yes, I know that VH is busy on Broadway, but I'm sure that he'd have been able to return for some sweeps period in time for Cole to have woken up from his coma. Members marceline
I hated her Kendall but not because of AM but because of pure overexposure. I find AM a decent enough actress.
Members katie_9918
Crystal Chappelle is completely overrated. That's not to say she isn't a fantastic actress, because I think she is. But, for the life of me, I cannot understand the hoards of adoring fans she's managed to rack up when compared to other actors who just as good as she is. Members Cheap21
all of that is unnecesary. He should have just revealed that the end of OLTL for Starr was a fantasy. It never made any sense why Cole faked his death to escape jail time only to turn up with her in LA as she pursued a music career.
Members chicklitsandfantasies
All characters do not need to interact with each other. I just don't feel certain characters should or would ever interact and it tends to feel forced when they do.
Members glatwt
was not a fan at all of nancy curlee and stephen demorest's work on Guiding Light from summer 93- spring 94, felt broderick and rieley were the strong ones in that group. everything fell to crap once he left in 92 and her in the autumn of 93, imo!! im gonna go run and hide now lol
Members chicklitsandfantasies
I think the Cassadine family shouldn't have been made a regular family on canvas. They needed to stay villains who pop in every few years. I hate Helena and if I never saw her again I'd be fine. I also dislike sleazy Nik and lazy actor TC, I was one of those people on the message boards who cheered when he was finally fired. Neurotic, asexual Alexis could go and I really wouldn't give a damn. She could take mini me Molly with her.
Members VirginiaHamilton
I definitely agree about the Cassadines for the simple fact that they ruined my happy Spencer family dynamic. Yes, I got some great acting from TG, GF, and JJ from the storylines, but it wasn't worth it in the end. Another UO: I was completely on Luke's side re: his dealing with Nik, as I saw him as an unnecessary interloper who needed to leave the Spencers alone. Members DRW50
I think Stefan worked, for about a year or two, but I would agree about the rest. I don't mind Alexis, but I don't really consider Alexis a Cassadine. Nik was a failure as soon as TC had to do something beyond look good and brood.
