I did love the Jane from AMC beign in South America shout out too--and I suppose it could have happened around the same time. I think I missed a line--why was Kim back to sleeping--didn't David pay her off to go out of town? I think it's more a question of WHY when the story and character were so despised. And the (as usual) holes in the story about how she came back, though maybe we'll get more details.
