It's amazing that out of all the shows to get pulled over by the Race Police, this show, with its lack of diversity and only representation being Beulah and Maya, never gets mentioned. Maybe she felt like she wasn't good enough because she was "old" by hollywood standards, and she was determined to look young. As sad as it is, that happens. It would be what, 1995? That's when Mary Mae was around. I liked Real Andrews but hated most of his stories, and they wasted Justus and Dara.
