Two things.

One. I hope Stefano doesn't try to blame Victor for what happened to E.J. because all hell would break lose and Salem would become a war zone.

Two. My gut is telling me Victor already knows what Vivian is up to. So, he gets her out of town quickly. She may get kidnapped or something and then it will be revealed the Victor was behind the whole for what she did to Isabella's remains and what she planned on doing to Maggie.

I love this show right now. Damn close to being the very best soap on television. God rest his soul, but for me, as long as they are VERY far away from doing "JER-type stories", I'm fine with it.

thanks. I was watching and wondering if the men ever had anything to do with each other bc they are so similar and then I hear them talking about some arrangement.

As stupid as Vivan's plan is, I had to laugh at her rationale for it. She isnt trying to bury Maggie bc she thinks she's trying to take Victor from her. Nah, to her Maggie doesnt even care about Victor. She thinks Maggie is trying to destroy her. LMAO! Vivian is so delusional and is so irritating in a funny kind of way.

Why is Kate concerned that EJ would take away her grandchildren. I cant imagine him being able to nor want to take Will. Was he plotting to take Ali?

I thought Kate was worried that everyone would think she was in of the kidnapping, and that Will would want nothing to do with her, and Sami would of course keep Ali away. EJ wouldn't take Ali, he planned to run away with just Sydney and Johnny earlier this year, but changed his mind and brought Sydney home.

ITA with Roman, Michael and Neil. It feels like the first week of November Sweeps or something -- all the stories seem to be coming together towards some major pay-off.

And they are well-paced, too. Something an experienced hand like Chris Whitesall would probably be good at.

P.S.: Love your siggie and avatar, Cheap. Ultimate BB!

Omg Stephanie...what a little busybody, why can't she just mind her own business?! My god the way she acts these days just irks me, she was at her worst today. I love Philip's annoyance with her, I wish he had enough in him to tell her to STHU for once.

Love Chloe/Melanie/Carly vs Vivian! LOL they are so mean to her, especially Melanie. I was LMBO when Mel said Vivian wasn't invited to the baby shower, then DAYS played this little music clip as the camera zoomed in on Vivian's face, it had that "wah wah wahhh" feel to it. To funny. Also laughed when Vivian said Melanie lights up a room when she enters into it, than Carly said the room lights up when Vivian leaves it. LOL.

This EJ stuff is kind of stupid, Sami couldn't be more obvious, what I'm liking most is that we are seeing so much Lexie! Hope that continues, I am loving her interactions with Stefano!

Guest dc cubs

I'm not really liking all the focus on EJ but one bright side is that we are getting to see more of Lexie. I so wish Days would use Renee Jones more. She has been great in her scenes with Joe Mascolo.

I'm at the point now that if it involves a Brady (Sami, Stephanie, Bo) I really don't care. But give me some Hortons and Kiriakas relations and I'm good.

Carly/Chloe is a nice touch. Everyone bonding against Vivian is hilarious. That story dragged on FOREVAAAA and it was driving me crazy, but now that we've got some solid relationships happening it's great.

Magic is moving along as well, and I love that. I think it's fun that everyone is commenting on the Maggie/Victor thing freely and finally they are starting to acknowledge it themselves. The " just friends" thing was great, but it couldn't stay much longer in that state IMO.

And how many laughed at "Maggie, Maggie, Maggie. It's always Maggie." Perhaps one of the only quotable lines from The Brady Bunch.

    • Keith D Robinson is 49. Maurice Johnson is 46.
    • I hope they give him more to do than just be a prick as you say. I can see how viewers would like him because the actor is so charming despite the character being such an absolute pain.    I would agree. And there was also the undercurrent of Raven and Draper sort of flirting with each other. The actors play that attraction and it worked so well in that scene.
    • Daniel Cosgrove is PERFECT as the sleezy politician. This might be my favorite role of his. All of these people keeping Kristina’s secret is so annoying. I really want her to pay.
    • What did happen to Beth between 86 and 89? Did she have amnesia?
    • I actually thought he came off as younger. It's so hard to buy Martin as Nicole and Ted's son unless they had him when they were 12.
    • @chrisml Isn't remarkable that, on a soap whose brand is built on twists and mysteries, that Raven's last straw was as simple as Logan saying that she was incapable of loving Jamey.  In the episode when Raven exit's and leaves Jamey with April, I can remember feeling the subtext that Raven is also trying to talk herself into leaving him behind.  There's so much in that little scene.  She's trying to stick it to Logan for saying she was a bad mother.  She's both granting April's wish, and damning her with the old adage of being careful what she wished for.  And, she's hinting to Draper that she's going to boff his father. It remains my favorite scene, and it still blows my mind that was not the end of that episode.
    • Oh lord not Drew just figured out it was both Nina and Portia that set him up. Willow WILL never leave this man. Ric taking the case purely just to spite Sonny is [!@#$%^&*].ing hilarious.
    • And in addition to Patti being de-aged, she was no longer a nurse, divorced from Len(fair enough) and her two children were not seen and barely mentioned. So basically she was a totally new character. For newer viewers it didn't matter but any loyal viewers would have been wondering about all the changes with Patti. Sarah Whiting always puzzled me. The writers finally decide to acknowledge Jo's family and do so by making up a never mentioned adopted teen. Why not just bring in Tracey, Jo's actual grandaughter? As for Liza, perhaps it would have been wise to rest the character when Sherry left. They were big shoes to fill and her Liza was so identified with Travis. I don't recall what was going on in the story at that time but if they knew Sherry was leaving, write it so Liza would leave town to care for an ailing Janet and take a breather with the character for a few months.
    • Ahh interesting. Yeah, that's sad for A-M. I will say, he and Nick became fast friends when Susan started working at Spaulding. A-M/Lucy/Nick/Susan had a lot of double dates in those 7 months. A-M was Nick's best man at his wedding to Susan, which now that I think about it, is odd that he wouldn't have considered Fletcher. I remember those two were so close at the paper, and even living together with Ben. Once Tangie left SF, Nick left the paper, and Fletcher/Holly were rarely seen... so I guess they felt that friendship wasn't shown often enough anymore (which again, lazy writing).
    • I honestly don't think Alan-Michael ever really had a friend on the show. Maybe Cameron or Samantha, but otherwise... *Cameron was a high school friend who ended up dating teenage Dinah after she broke up with A-M. Samantha is Phillip's biological sister, who A-M treated like a sister. Interestingly enough, they were born the same week on the show in 1981, but A-M ends up being older than her when she returns to town in '89.
