Not Tidal Energy, no...NO...NO!!!! The only part of that story I enjoyed was when Kate told that guy yes, you were a lousy lay after all.

That was Frank's last story on the show, before the man who played him was away for some time and returned for a few scenes, obviously very ill. That was one of Halle Berry's first major roles on anything, I believe.

Benny, he just vanished after the revamp didn't he? No big loss.

They were certainly working Blair, Jason, and Luna into the thick of stories very early on. It makes sense to integrate new characters, although I wonder if some felt this was too soon. Then again, OLTL seemed to be desolate at this time so new blood was needed, even if Luna seemed to be a fairly polarizing character.

The Max/Lee Ann stuff seems tacky to me -- he was so much older than her.

Even reading that stuff about Megan is sad.

Thanks for posting this, I've never seen these episodes. What happens right after (the disastrous Bo/Cassie nuptials) is on Youtube.

Thanks for saying that Carl! I have a great time writing these old recaps for the people on this board, however looking back at the page to see what you have written is correct plus being a very busy guy, make this really time consumming, but i usually always find away to complete these for you guys! :) and i love hearing people comment on these as well. i do think that they kind of redid this story in 1996. But i dont really know that much about it, but i have seen clips of Jill yelling at dina from 1996. I think that was when Jill was getting a divorce from john again and perhaps they made her return to give john another chance with her?

Dina came back when they found out in a rewrite that John's longtime secretary (never seen before this story) had lied to John that Dina had been having an affair, which is what caused John to throw Dina out. John and Dina were going to remarry but Ashley pitched a fit so they didn't.

Thanks again for doing these. I know how long it can take.
