Members Chris B Posted August 8, 2013 Members Share Posted August 8, 2013 Considering how worried Bravo was about season 5 throughout filming, there is no doubt in my mind she would've been a full-time housewife by the time it aired. However, she had no way of knowing the new housewives would be such a bust. She could've been the glue that held that show together. The problem was chemistry and keeping LuAnn was stupid. It made sense since they wanted to make it more Beverly Hills, but she never had strong story with Ramona and Sonja and as it turned out, she had little chemistry with the new ladies. I can see Alex's reasoning for turning them down though and she certainly isn't sulking about it. Simon and Alex were a big part of the success for this show and to be demoted was kinda insulting. They handled it the right way by moving on and making their own success in other ways.
