And, contrary to the glowing comments from Stephen Nichols, Jess Walton must be a backstabbing whore!?

Ma Bell from Beverly Hills is just...ugh, it's so frustrating, I wish Y&R would just get canceled at this point. At least if it were canceled today we could all say "Well at least Jeanne Cooper ended the show, at least Victor and Nikki were happy, at least Jack, Jill, Ashley, Tracey and Billy survived with Jabot etc"

When 2011 rolls around, I cannot fathom what the show will look like.

It HAS been bad, but I think this week has improved somewhat. And if the actresses are wearing their own clothes... it dpeneds on who it is, whether they look good or not. Melody's taste in real life is QUITE lacking, IMO.... but Jeanne wears her own clothes from what I understand, as did Dickson. Jess wears her own jewelry (Which I like) but otherwise, Jess is dressing like a FRUMP.

The fabric looks so cheap and so thin...the ruffles on the shoulders and in the middle of it. It's just so dated.

Coupled with the fact that it's not even form fitting.

I'm not being a hater, I swear. I just really hate that damn shirt and just about what everyone is wearing on the show these days. Jill's jacket looks terrible too.

I won't lie Mark I havn't been watching consistently at all (barely watch full epis when I do watch) but I havn't gotten the full impression of Tucker that you're speaking of here therefore I'm not matching this set to any of these "characteristics of his". He's playing Jill he's moved into a new town, so that does give him a playa card and a seemingly imbalanced and or unsettled card but I wouldn't definitively say these elements are his primary characterization. That makes him a disorganized old playboy/nerd If this is what there is to him, I'm not buying that he needs Katherine, Victor, Neil,, Cane, Michael and Jack to take him down. So if TPTB is trying to draw these symbollic themes through Tucker's home they are again playing the wrong beats.

This sounds more like some sort of Napolean complexity (forgive me I don't know what other term to use). Sounds like you're describing this small character who is naively convinced of the justification of their own vindictiveness or with them being drunk with the power of their own manipulations and malitions so much so that this makes them feel big, but we already know Tucker shouldn't be naive or easily out witted just by the fact that he needs Katherine, Victor and Jack to band together to take back what he took from them.

I like the fact that Nichols, like Russ, is playing Tucker more easy going for now but what Nichols is doing is he's exuding a different kind of confidence as the character. He's already more convincing in this characters one uppness undertone.

      B&B episode Episode #9521 (Season 38, Episode 162) was scheduled for Thurs. May 8. It was officially preempted, although some areas saw it, (Some areas saw the Steffy/Finn/Monaco rerun on May 8.) cbs.com and PPlus had 9521 (S38,E162) uploaded on May 8, despite it being preempted from that date, and they never took it down. B&B officially aired #9521 (S38, E162) on broadcast CBS television on Fri. May 9. B&B officially postponed the next episode #9522 (Season 38, Episode 163) to air on Mon. May 12. cbs.com and PPlus had #9522 (S38, E163) uploaded Fri. May 9, despite it not airing yet on broadcast tv until Mon. May 12. 9522/S38,E163 was up for about a day and a half, LOL,... and then they finally removed it from their websites. ALSO ... at the same time as fixing that, cbs.com and pplus fixed the website label for #9521 (S38, E162), which had displayed as "May 8" but now correctly says "May 9". --------------------------- Meanwhile, B&B in Canada "ctv.ca" Canada uploaded #9521 (S38, E162) on Thurs. May 8, because they didn't realize at first that it was preempted in USA. Eventually ctv.ca Canada deleted the early upload of S38,E162. But then... "ctv.ca" Canada didn't re-upload #9521 (S38, 162), even after it aired in the USA officially on May 9. And apparently they were afraid to upload anything new, so for a couple of days, the most recent episode available  on ctv.ca was Wed. May 7,  #9520 (S38, E161). Finally  "ctv.ca" Canada uploaded *BOTH* of these: #9521 (S38, 162) (USA official airdate Fri. May 9)... And #9522 (S38, 163) (USA official airdate Mon. May 12)... listing it as as Monday May 12 and it's still on their website. --------------------------- Meanwhile, B&B in Australia: "10play.com.au" fast-track Australia seemed to know what to do. They waited until 9521 aired in USA officially before uploading to their site. They haven't uploaded 9522 yet. (I don't have access to view Australia episodes, but I can see their menu. I kept checking their website multiple times over the past few days, and I saw the thumbnails and episode descriptions.)  ------------------- That was extremely confusing for me to type up. I probably made some errors. LOL.

      The one that Christos did would be the RTL Lounge recording (without end credits and subtitles) and the one @rsclassicfanforever did would be the Videoland version with end credits and no subtitles). Is that what you mean by two versions? @BoldRestless

      The dialogue is so clunky and doesn't  flow naturally. It's like it is written without thought of how it actually sounds when delivered by the actors.

      Surely that was a joke. Why would anyone seriously ask if Dani had any rooms besides having a bedroom? MOST of the time when we see her, she's in that open, airy, white room with her kitchen far stage left & there's an island & a love seat.  I have meant to post to say how taken I was with Eva last Thursday. You don't know it but I have  not really gotten into either Eva or Leslie/Sheila/Anna/Dana/Mom in the same ways or degrees most of y'all have.  With "Many Names" I get that it's quite a challenge to play that evil & that crazy without becoming cartoonish & she hasn't, so there is that. But, I do not see layers or nuance. I also do not fault the actress. If the gray tones are not there on the page, I don't expect to see them ripped out of thin air. With Eva there were so many questions. Now most have been answered.
