I wanted them to bring on Ricky Williams(Paul's son not the pot smoking football player) on for Abby. Maybe they could do an opposite attracts thing with them. Or pretend that Ricky was told his mother was dead and he finds out the truth about her. He can turn into a bad boy that Abby can rebel with. That would also have an intresting dynamic with Heather and Paul given their careers.

This show is just bloody awful...

I don't care if Stephen Nichols cured cancer, he won't save this awful character and storyline for me.

There's so many misses on this show, I can't even think of any story or character currently that I would call a "hit."

Tucker McCall is such a trailer trash name. "Tucker" - what the hell is this? "Loving?"

Well, Y&R is every bit as snooze-worthy these days as Loving ever was, so...

Just saw this post, and I have to disagree. I think DAYS has some of the most bland and hideous wardrobe in daytime. Their lighting design is as tacky as Y&R's is these days too, way too bright to the point where it washes everything out and gives the show this ugly pink glaze.

Y&R's lighting is bright as hell too these days, but there's no ugly fluorescent glaze, yet.

I don't care what anyone says---I think B&B dresses it's women well. Their clothes have personality and each character has her own look. I also think the clothes look expensive and even if an outfit is ugly at least it's well styled and werked. Now with the fashion shows I know they fail, but overall I think everyone looks fierce. Y&R? Catshyt. It's truly shameful. First the hair. I was so disappointed to find out in Twitter that Sharon Case doesn't allow them to change her hair. That's the style and cheap extensions she wants and she's very strict about it. So blame her for aging herself so much, but the others? Look a mess too! And the clothes? God. Nobody looks sexy, everyone looks dull and cheap.

I remember when I looked at Heather as perfection. Now? Totally forgettable.

Loving was a much better show than Y&R these days.

There is no excuse for the awful hair and wardrobe. OLTL, which has a fraction of this show's budget, has much better sets, hair, and even costuming. If Melissa Archer were on Y&R she would probably be made up like Pippi Longstocking.

No one at Y&R cares. And they don't have to, because they will always have an excuse.

I think Jill has been written more like Dikcon's Jill since these people took over. A lot of their stories that went nowhere, like Jill's return to filing nails, would have had resonance with her. A part of me wishes Jess could find a great leading role on another soap and Brenda would return to Y&R and make life hell for Rauch and company.

When she was with Ji Min they put her into some sexy for fitting dresses, but now she has a good look or two a year. I'd do for longer hair and a sexier wardrobe. Walton can pull it off, so can MTS. They dress them both like old hags. Ashley too. That bitch is stuck in a 70s asylum.

    • The one that Christos did would be the RTL Lounge recording (without end credits and subtitles) and the one @rsclassicfanforever did would be the Videoland version with end credits and no subtitles). Is that what you mean by two versions? @BoldRestless
    • The dialogue is so clunky and doesn't  flow naturally. It's like it is written without thought of how it actually sounds when delivered by the actors.

    • This is so confusing. So will CBS and P.Plus just be a day ahead for the rest of the episodes the whole week?
    • April 15, 1993 is when they first meet.
    • Does anyone know the air date when Victoria & Cole first meet? Was there a scene when Victoria was sitting on Cole's lap and kissed him? If so, does anyone know the air date?
    • When is the last time Bridget & Deacon scene happened?
    • Surely that was a joke. Why would anyone seriously ask if Dani had any rooms besides having a bedroom? MOST of the time when we see her, she's in that open, airy, white room with her kitchen far stage left & there's an island & a love seat.  I have meant to post to say how taken I was with Eva last Thursday. You don't know it but I have  not really gotten into either Eva or Leslie/Sheila/Anna/Dana/Mom in the same ways or degrees most of y'all have.  With "Many Names" I get that it's quite a challenge to play that evil & that crazy without becoming cartoonish & she hasn't, so there is that. But, I do not see layers or nuance. I also do not fault the actress. If the gray tones are not there on the page, I don't expect to see them ripped out of thin air. With Eva there were so many questions. Now most have been answered.
    • No kidding. It’s amazing to me that CBS as messy as it was for the 97-98 season landed at #2 that year thanks to Sunday nights, 1/2 of the Monday night lineup, Diagnosis Murder on Thursdays, and oddly the Saturday night line-up. I think CBS was saved by the Winter Olympics not to mention ABC had gotten even messier than CBS’ mess.  CBS came out a more solid for #2 for the 98-99 season but was still very uneven overall. Outside of Sundays the rest of the network’s hits were on checkerboard split between Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.    Had it not been for Who Wants to Be a Millionaire fever I’d say CBS probably would’ve been at #2 for the 99-00 season as well, very much still uneven but of course Survivor and CSI were on the horizon. (*There’s some evidence that CBS may have barely eked out a win for #2 for the 96-97 season but that season’s mess sure doesn’t feel that way)
