Members dragonflies
From Soapnet.com: Agnes Nixon, the creator of "All My Children," "One Life to Live" and "Loving"/"The City" – not to mention a former head writer of "Guiding Light," "Search for Tomorrow" and "Another World" and writer for "As The World Turns"—has just launched her own website! And it's awesome! At AgnesNixon.com, you can learn more about Agnes' life and career, get a timeline of her work, watch videos with some classic clips and interviews with Agnes. Best of all, you can check out TONS of photos, many of them from Agnes' personal collection. There's also a section where you can submit questions to Agnes, and she will periodically answer on the site. You can visit the site here: http://www.agnesnixon.com/

Members LeClerc
Thank you for posting this! I'm so excited to go through this site! Even just the little intro video of Agnes talking was a joy to watch.
Members Jonathan
OK love the website. My only complaint is that she included this as part of her timeline. I would bury this if I were her.
Members SFK
Not that it ever crossed my mind before, but it's about damn time! Okay, that little clip was enough to put a lump in my throat and a tear in my eye. I think I'll just visit Agnes' website weekdays from 1-2pm. Wouldn't it be great if others followed suit with THIS type of site?? I appreciate the interviews, but I'd like to see something like this from Harding Lemay too. Members Jonathan
I couldn't get all the videos to play.
Members Marco Dane
Cool a lost episode of AMC is on there I hope we can see some lost eps of OLTL. Plus a opening of AMC I have never seen before is an added bonus !!!
Members Jonathan
OMG, I got the videos to work. The 20th Anniversary special is on there. I remember watching that when it originally aired. Oh, all these videos are treasures. This is the show that I love so much.
Members All My Shadows
FABULOUS work, Agnes and co.! FABULOUS. I can't rave enough. I flove that she cares enough to do something like this. Really, really great. Those two B/W haven't been seen at all since they originally aired, I believe. They weren't on DTR or the I Love Lucci marathon. Also, the opening on them, was that the "original" version of the original opening? Or is that just a recreation? I wish I could get them to play in fullscreen... ETA: There was an OLTL crossover with AMC in its first year? OLTL's Eileen is visiting Kate and Tara in #41. Members Scotty
OLTL's Dr. Larry Wolek visited AMC in 1970 as well. I believe that to be the original opening of AMC. Could be wrong though. And, don't get wrong, I love Agnes, but there is very, very little OLTL related at the website. Every video is AMC, except for that one short blurb she makes about OLTL, in which she got the premiere date wrong....it was July 15th, and not the 26th as she stated. Once again OLTL gets the shaft. Sigh.
Members Jonathan
That was indeed the original opening with Rosemary Prinz. She was billed as a special guest star to get the show off the ground when it first started. Did anyone else notice that the wallpaper in Amy's kitchen looks exactly like the horrendous wallpaper in Zach's casino? Sorry, every mother has a favorite child. Members Faulkner
Just watched the lost episode with Amy's nightmare - wow, AMC was quite cinematic back then! Lovely acting from Rosemary Prinz. I want to see more!
Members Scotty
True....but there could be at least one or two OLTL videos posted on the site, especially since there are about a dozen for AMC.
Members All My Shadows
Yeah, OLTL gets the shaft, but it's not really surprising. AMC has always been Agnes's #1 creation. I hope that more is added in regards to OLTL, though, as well as some other "lost" AMC stuff. Early Loving as well, plz.
