I don't think she stands out day to day like some people do, but I think if she submitted scenes from Tammy's death and her reaction to that in the following months she deserves to be nominated for those scenes. This year Y&R celebrated 35 years, this year Jeanne celebrated 35 years of Katherine Chancellor and come the fall Jeanne celebrates her 80th birthday! Absolutely sensational. I guess it wasn't overtly comedic, but it was a strange submission. He said himself that he was surprised he won that year, since he didn't do much in 2003 and thought it would go to Maurice.
